He was very good at communicating with notes & pictures & videos. For the 3 nights we were away at a wedding, we didn’t have to worry about our fur baby. It never felt like a bother to ask how Sammy was doing. In fact Quinten usually contacted us to make us feel better before we had to ask. He was great about asking the right questions as well.
