Todd was great in all aspects. I mean, my dog barely wanted to leave his house and his lovely dog, Honey. From his correspondence before the stay to follow up afterwards, I’ll absolutely be entrusting my dog's care and enjoyment to him again. You can tell he’s been around dogs his whole life and really cares for them.
I wish I could give more than 5 stars!! I did not worry about my baby the whole trip. I got regular updates and Henry went above and beyond. The moment we got there we were treated like family instead of a client. I will definitely be booking again after this extraordinary experience. This is the 2nd boarding we had with Ziting and we are so thankful that she and her family love our dog just as much. Her care and affection shows, and the pictures and updates we get we could not be thankful enough. She puts us at ease leaving Maya and her daughter and Maya have a great bond. Would 100% recommend!
Cindy was fantastic with Frisko! She followed all care instructions, always replied promptly, and provided wonderful daily updates with lots of photos. It was clear she really understands dogs. Frisko has some separation anxiety and dog reactivity, and she handled everything with complete ease and care. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and will definitely be booking with her again!
Julie is wonderful. She was relaxed and comfortable with my dog right away which put me at ease. She took great care of my little guy and he was tired out and very happy after his first stay.
