They understood that one boy needed a lot of attention while the other one likes his space (but also likes having a person around) and sent us lots of pictures. And they left the house tidy, too.
Jenna is absolutely amazing. I was very stressed about leaving my fur babies for a week. Her expertise and regular pictures of my happy dogs helped me to relax, knowing that they were in good hands. When I got home I found that in addition to happy dogs my house was also nice and clean. I could not ask for more.
We were thrilled to book with Taylor for the second time for a long trip. She is excellent with our pets, including our very shy and nervous dog. kristen was amazing! i have to admit—i was nervous! this was our first time leaving our puppers for this long. my husband and i went to hawaii for a week and kristen came to stay at our house. not only did she do everything we asked of her, she went above and beyond (administering medication) and messaged us daily with updates, pics/videos…. i was completely as ease the whole time and actually enjoyed my vacation. my pom has separation anxiety and she didn’t cry once while i was gone.. that’s HUGE. i will defo call her next time we leave town. i trust her completely🩷
