“Bridgette kept my cat company for four days and did a great job. Simba is normally very aloof and leery of strangers but even when Bridgette came over to meet us before my trip he was quite comfortable with her. During the stay, from the photos and notes Bridgette sent me, I could see that he warmed up to Bridgette immediately. A huge bonus was that Bridgette watered a few of my house plants and left my house exactly as I’d left it. The next time I travel I hope Bridgette will be available!”

“Michelle took perfect care of our two dogs (including our reactive puppy) and our quirky house. She was responsible and communicative, and our dogs obviously felt super relaxed around her. She left our home in perfect condition, even stripping her bed and starting the wash. I recommend Michelle with zero reservations and I’m sure my dogs would, too!”

“Elizabeth absolutely exceeded our expectations! We have never used Rover before and we were a little nervous leaving our pup with a stranger. Elizabeth was so kind and professional and she eased all of our nerves. She left the house better than we left it, and she treated our dog like royalty! She even took our pup on a 2 hour walk. “Zubia was very nice and Betsy seemed happy in her care. Our home was left very neat, and Zubia was able to sit for us on shorter notice which was really appreciated! However, there were some instructions left that were not accurately followed which was a bit disappointing. Overall, a positive experience, but there is definitely some room for improvement.”

I have known Steve for just over a decade and witnessed his love and commitment to his daughters and pets alike. His current pair of pooches are well-known around the city of Kirkland, Washington as they constitute his rooting section when he regularly plays tennis at a prominent public park downtown. Along with the dizzying highs of Buddy and Willow being part of his family, I recall the true sadness and sorrow of Steve when his longtime Golden Retriever Riley passed away from natural causes some years ago. As a friend, it was devastating to experience the raw angst and despondence of a man reduced to tears. I thoroughly believe and confident that Steve will be an asset to the Rover community as a proven and trusted source where dog lovers can place their faith in a person who is responsible and experienced in caring for dogs and creatures of all kinds.”
