About: I’ve enjoyed walking dogs in my Seattle neighborhood since I was a teen. Any opportunity to exercise and be around pets is a time I can’t pass up! I do not mind long walks or jogging, so if you prefer a longer walk time for your pet that is no issue. I’m currently working part time and will soon begin going back to college in the fall part time as well. I have a very flexible work schedule, weight to shed, and a genuine love for animals, so I thought I’d try Rover out 😄 I would not be able to have pets in my own home, but I will gladly prepare your pet for a walk or feed him/her in your home if you are comfortable. I am also comfortable sitting at your place! I have worked with dogs as young as 5 months, and up to 12 years old. I know how to stimulate a young pup, making sure I read their energy in order to provide them with the fitness they need. On the flip side, I understand the hands on care, assistance, and supervision (quite literally have to be their eyes sometimes) an elderly dog requires. You can trust with me with your pet during all of their life stages.

I have ample experience with large dogs throughout life. I've gotten German Shepard and pitbulls to go from trying to dominate me, to being warmly curled up next to me within an hour. I've also gotten prickly cats to go from hissing and scratching to rubbing up for cuddles. Elderly pets are sometimes the easiest, but I can easily work with their medication, bathroom, or additional needs without issue. You work hard, and your family deserves stress free fun! I can ensure your pet is happy, your house is safe, and your rules are followed. Your the boss, let me take care of the furred friends we cherish most! I am a fitness trainer with an incredibly flexible schedule. I can easily fit pet care into my weekly routine and provide ample availability to help keep them content and cared for. For dogs, my schedule typically provides more hours available for dog walks, especially in the mid to late afternoon. They'll never be waiting for someone who has to leave work and commute home through brutal traffic each day. I understand that letting someone care for your pet is an immense responsibility and requires an immense amount of trust. Especially when its someone off of an internet app! Its an even greater leap to trust someone into your home to provide pet care. My ultimate goal is to provide you a stress free environment to travel. So very grateful we found her listing. It can be hard to get sitters for long stays at reasonable rates and have them be so honest, caring and communicative. Though we may not need a long stay sitter for a while again, I will definitely call on Tricia when we do.”

About: I’ve been taking care of my dog buddy since I was 15, my cats since I was 14 and I used to take care of my neighbors dog, I use he/him pronouns. I pet sit for members of my family and people around the neighborhood, my hours are flexible I’m able to meet requirements of any family or client. I would always make sure the animal I’m taking care of is fed, hydrated and taken out for the bathroom or walks, I’m fully backgrounded and have very good references.

“Repeat stay with Christian coming and staying in my place with the dogs so they could keep their routine. As last visit, Christian did great. Dogs were happy, got plenty of play time and no issues for the dogs due to being able to stay home. The dogs love Christian. My bigger dog does not like people in her house and barks like crazy when folks visit. She meets Christian at the door, works out she knows him (and this was just their second stay with him) and she doesn't bark. Huge sign she is comfortable with him.”

I wish a 10 star rating was an option!! Ashley is, hands down, the best catsitter we’ve ever had. We have two cats and asked Ashley to housesit with them while we left for our wedding/honeymoon. She gave the sweetest photo updates — we knew they were being treated like royalty. Not only that, but she took such fantastic care of our apartment while we were out (and even baked us bread for when we got home 🥹); a pet whisperer and just an all-around gem of a person!
What can I see about Sage? She is an outstanding young lady who stepped up and came and looked after our two puppies at short notice giving them a first class treatment making them happy and Com at all points fed them as to our instructions and exercise them as to a instructions and she’s a credit to herself and anyone would be happy to have her look after your pets thank you very much for all your hard work
Bryan is an exceptional overnight pet sitter! He cared for our two high-energy dogs and our cat for five days and treated them like they were his own. His experience really showed—he was comfortable administering medication to our dog, followed all feeding instructions carefully, and made sure everyone got plenty of attention, playtime, and exercise. Bryan kept us updated throughout our trip with pictures and videos, which gave us great peace of mind knowing our pets were happy and well cared for. We also came home to a clean house—he even washed the linens and dishes! We couldn’t have asked for a better pet sitter and will definitely use Bryan again. Highly recommend!
Chantal was such a game changer for us! Our dog, Bear gets so nervous when he sees our luggages come out so we knew we needed someone experienced to care for him while we weee away. Chantal followed all our instructions, communicated with us often & sent photos and videos per our request. Upon our return, Bear was clearly loved on, cared for, played with, etc. Chantal also cared for our home, was able to administer medicine in Bear’s food, & all around brought us peace!
We had a wonderful experience! Elisa took such great care of our two dogs and treated them like they were her own. Ming bonded immediately with my nervous cat and not only loved on him and played with him daily, but even got him to lick up his hairball gel and sit for his toothbrushing routine. She did this for a month while also taking fabulous care of my saplings in the July heat. She went above and beyond with watering, especially since my lousy set-up meant that she had to lug 5-gallon buckets of water to pour them into my treebags. I would absolutely book Ming again! She has become Pomelo’s second mom 😻
I 100% recommend! Maria was very easy to work with and communicated well to keep us updated. She was the best companion for our dog who loves walks. Maria also has the attentiveness required to adapt to what the dog needs on any given day. The house was left clean and tidy.
Sylvanna was wonderful with Obii! She was kind, friendly, and made me feel completely comfortable leaving him in her care. You can genuinely tell she loves animals by the way she interacted with him. She was patient, attentive, and treated Obii with so much care and affection. I also really appreciated the updates while I was away and when I got back! It gave me so much peace of mind. Fantastic and flexible dog walker, and overall pet sitter. Nika is easy to talk to and communicate with. Our pets loved her. She went above and beyond to take our dog to Marymoor Dog Park, one of his favorites for some fun. Also flexible - when our return flight was delayed a day, she was willing to pick up an extra day.
Christian was absolutely wonderful with our high energy Golden Retriever! He sent lots of photo's of her while they were busy on walks. Plus, photos of her relaxing in his home. I was worried she would have anxiety, but she seemed to really settle in. The next time we need a pet sitter we will definitely contact Christian.
Brittany and Kyle have sat our dogs for us numerous times, both in their home and ours. Brittany has been the main person watching them and communicating with us, particularly when sitting them in our home. Our two dogs seem to be happy and comfortable with her, even our super anxious girl. Communication is easy and responsive, and we always know the dogs will be safe and cared for. Our house is also as clean as we left it with some extra tidying up such as trash bagged up and sheets taken off the bed, which is a step above in my opinion. We will continue to use Brittany and Kyle for future dog sitting needs!
