“Wow, Nancy was a gem of a sitter for my Coco! She offered a meet and greet with us before I booked her, she asked great questions and shared her experience sitting other dogs. Throughout my 10 day trip, she meticulously sent me pics and videos once a day, and she went above and beyond in caring for Coco including grooming him lightly, brushing his teeth and even making him eggs once (with my permission). Nancy has got to be one of the kindest and sweetest dog sitters on Rover! She sent photos with regular updates to help keep me informed but what I really appreciated was her genuine concern for my dogs well being. You can tell she really does care for animals and with my senior dog having arthritis in addition to a particular food prep for his meals, she really took steps to make his stay comfortable. I had no concerns of her taking care of him and I'm so glad we were able to secure her booking or I wouldn't have been able to leave town. Thank you Nancy! You're awesome!
Nick (Maltese, 2.5 years old) stayed with Asaka for 5 days and had a great time with Asaka, her husband, and their 2 dogs. Asaka was very communicative and sent plenty of pictures. We would love to book again with Asaka next time we are going to a vacation that we can’t bring Nick with us.
I would highly recommend Sreymom as a Rover. She was very responsive, sent lots of pictures and updates, and does a great job accommodating the care and needs for dogs of different sizes and activity levels. Additionally, Sreymom handled some last minute care requests with ease which was greatly appreciated.
I was in a total panic when my regular sitter wasn’t available, and Jeremey came through. He was incredibly accommodating from the start, communicated clearly throughout, and followed every instruction to the letter. As a senior dog mom, that level of care matters more than I can say. Ryan was so loving to our dog Ivy while me and my partner left for a few days to get married! She's a very anxious girl and can be loud, but he didn't seem to mind one bit and sent us a bunch of adorable videos of her digging holes, running around, and getting pets. The best dog sitter on Rover. My golden retriever, Bella, loves to stay with over there. It’s truly a vacation for her. Ya-Han is also very professional and communicates very well. She is very detail oriented and follows all my directions. Her family is great too and dotes on Bella while she’s there. She is literally the best and puts my mind at ease.
This was our second time boarding Emmy with Ketaki, and she was fantastic again! Emmy clearly remembered her from the first stay—she ran right up to Ketaki’s front door, excited to go in. She had a great time playing with Coco (Ketaki’s Labradoodle), and Ketaki kept us updated with regular photos and videos throughout the week, which we really appreciated. Even though she lives in an apartment, Ketaki made sure Emmy got plenty of outdoor time and exercise with frequent park visits. We highly recommend Ketaki and feel completely at ease leaving Emmy with her. We’re already looking forward to the next stay!
Tiff and Tue were amazing! We felt completely comfortable and stress-free leaving Evee in their care. They kept us updated with photos and videos, which we absolutely loved. It was so reassuring to see how happy she was especially playing ball in their backyard. We would 100% recommend them and will definitely be booking with them again!
