“I boarded Ouji again with Piumi for 4th of July weekend. Before the boarding even started, she reached out asking whether Ouji disliked fireworks, to which I told her he does in fact dislike them. And after providing her instructions for his calming meds, she followed them without issues. I felt assured that Ouji would be okay, even if he still got a bit spooked. Piumi is very caring and patient, and I would once again recommend her for boarding!”
