Ming is wonderful. She was in contact with me, sending me pictures and messages daily during my 8 day trip. I came home to an immaculate home, and she had laundered her bedding and towels. My cat, Mr. Darcy, gotten from a local shelter three years ago, was very well cared for. I an very grateful for her.
Brittany and Kyle have sat our dogs for us numerous times, both in their home and ours. Brittany has been the main person watching them and communicating with us, particularly when sitting them in our home. Our two dogs seem to be happy and comfortable with her, even our super anxious girl. Communication is easy and responsive, and we always know the dogs will be safe and cared for. Our house is also as clean as we left it with some extra tidying up such as trash bagged up and sheets taken off the bed, which is a step above in my opinion. We will continue to use Brittany and Kyle for future dog sitting needs!
Yong is incredible. I was so stressed out, trying to find someone to watch my dog for the weekend, and needed someone that would give him a lot of attention and time. Yong went so far above and beyond in terms of the time he spent with him, the care, and all of the updates. I could tell that I had found someone super unique, who truly loves animals and is a very kind human being. Was so grateful to have. Yong watch Freddy, and I learned that I had no reason to ever worry at all!
Joslyn did a great job caring for our dog and cat at our home! We have older pets that require a like “extra” care and she meticulously kept up on meds and routines. Joslyn communicated frequently, sent lots of photos and took great care of our house. We came home to a clean house and happy pets!!
Samantha looked after Bodhi as if he were her own. She completely eased my helicopter mom heart within the first night of taking Bodhi. With endless photos and videos of adventures and cuddles, I wasn’t sure he was going to want to go home. I could tell my little guy was completely comfortable and happy when I saw how he would curl right into Samantha’s lap, when he doesn’t even do that with me at home. 10/10 review for Samantha, she is officially Bodhi’s auntie.
He was very professional, accommodating with my many requirements and flexible enough to work around my schedule. The pups sat close to him which tells me he treated them well. All the things I look for when booking a service. Will def use him again if needed.
Niki was hands down the best Rover experience we had. From the first greeting, we knew the pups are gonna be well taken care of and in trusting hands. Niki communicated with us regularly keeping us posted how the pups are doing, and when we came back the pups were in a great shape. She also kept great care of our home, leaving it cleaner and tidier than what we had before leaving. We really appreciate all her help and would definitely ask for help in the future. Thanks Niki!
Maria is a great pet-sitter. She is attentive, caring and really enjoys animals. Queenie, our Standard Poodle is very busy and active one year old. She is a lot of work! Maria made taking care of Queenie look easy! They went on lots of walks, played fun games and had snuggle time. Maria communicated daily and sent lots of photos. Yishan (Susan) was wonderful and we will definitely rebook again! Susan was available last minute and still made time to come for a quick meet and greet before. During our travels she kept us in the loop with activity updates with pictures. Susan loved in our kitties and played with them throughout the day. She was kind, friendly and invested in the welfare of our two cats. They both seemed content and happy when we came home and the house was in perfect order. Thanks again Susan!
