Schedule I work full time at home, (with occasional needs to go to work during the day). I can feed cats anytime and make sure there is always enough water.

Safty Food: For wet food, I keep the remaining opened food in the fridge with a cover. The food bowl is washed every day. Water is refreshed everyday. Environment: Litters are automatically cleaned immediately after every use. I use Litter Robot 4. I put up a net by the door to block kitties from escaping. I also keep the door tight when entering and leaving to make sure cats stay inside. There is a camera to monitor kitties when I am out. My home is very clean. The carpet was shampooed in Apr 2024. Floors are vacuumed a few times a week. (I vacuum less when a cat is here. I want them to enjoy more peace). Medical: I can give oral medicine. If they don't like it, I smash the pills, and mix in food to make sure they stay healthy. I can also give eye ointment.

A typical day
Activities In a typical day, me and a cat wake up in the same bed. I prepare their breakfast and mine. We both eat and play for a bit. After that I would start working. Eating time is at any preferred schedule. If they let me, I will hold them all day. I have a 3 way tunnel and a feather toy for energetic kitties. I play with them daily to exercise their muscles. For low energy kitties, they usually just lay on top of me and get lots of pets. For shy cats, I give them space to get comfortable. I talk to them nicely and give them treats periodically to gain trust. I also play cat calming music to help them relax.

House Sitting: I am experienced at taking care of large dogs, sheep, chickens, ducks and cats. I lived on a farm with these animals for a few months and took care of them when the owners were away. I love taking dogs on sniffing walks or run. I wash the food and water bowl before every feed to make sure food is fresh and safe. I have been taking care of cats and dogs for over 6 years and truly enjoyed their companionship. Looking to get some well trained animals. Cat Boarding at my home: Welcome your cat to my quiet and open studio. I only take 1 cat at a time. There is no other animal, kid or live plants in my home. Your cat will have my full attention. To make your packing easier, I can provide auto litter box, litter (Corn), food bowls, bed, scratch pad and toys. You just need to bring food. I am a photographer so I tend to take many photos. I will send them over in groups. My place My place is open, so I can keep an close eye on your cat all the time. Easy access. There is no elevator or stairs to enter my home. Easy to bring cat needed stuff in. There is a big window that cats love to sit at and watch wild birds, squirrels and rabbits in the backyard. Most cats love the under bed space. They feel safe to hide. Prefer cats who don't wake people up while sleeping or scratch furniture.

Finn had a great second stay with Yu! I'm very grateful to Yu for taking him on short notice. She went above and beyond with photos and updates, and even extended his stay when road conditions were bad due to weather. Finn really loves Yu and her place - we'll definitely be back!
I have a very skiddish and timid cat, but Yu took great care of him, making him feel at home really fast. Very communicative, and great updates on his behavior and health.
Gave us a bunch of updates and have Roy lots of attention and play.
Yu was an amazing care taker for my cat, who is frankly not the nicest cat. He is skiddish, doesn’t like loud noises or strangers, get overstimulated by touch, and is very active/atheltic so needs to move. I needed the right match to care for him while I went to Japan for 2.5 weeks. Yu had ALL the cat amenities. Her place is clean, odor - free, quiet, and equipped with everything a cat needs - bowls, scratching post, safe private guest spots, etc. She even bought a top of the line litter machine for him. Her approach worked magic so he felt comfortable in the new space within 24 hours. She sent daily updates, pictures, videos. And I saw day by day how he grew confident. He even cuddled with her and asked for scratches. The joke became that he wouldn’t come home because he’s so happy with her. Yu is kind, communicative, responsive, proactive, and otherwise very professional. I know I will use her every time I travel in the future, and he will look forward to it. 10/10 rating — six stars if I could give it. Relieved and grateful to Yu for her care and diligence.
