Entrusting someone to care for our pets takes a lot of courage and trust, especially if your pet has a particular set of needs and structure. After reading through A LOT of sitter profiles, Marcea stood out the most to us as someone we felt could be a good fit. Our 9yrs old bloodhound had a rough start in life, and came to me at 2yrs old as an anxious, leash-aggressive, separation anxiety, osteo-arthritic, quirky dog. She contacted us immediately out of concern for our pup and his safety, and luckily there wasn’t anything in the garbage that was life threatening, but what a relief she was there (and she cleaned up the mess without any complaint or chastising). Marcea is absolutely one of the best dogsitters we have ever had! Our dog was brimming with health and happiness upon our return. I consider Sunny a high needs dog because he is a giant senior with a couple serious health conditions that require medication. Marcea took excellent care of both his emotional and his medical needs.
