About: I have been pet sitting for 15 years now and love every minute of it. I used to work at Seattle Humane as an Animal care giver. I’m a huge animal lover and my long term goal is to become a vet tech. My partner Tyler also frequently accompanies me taking dogs out to the park and housesitting with me. He is also a big animal lover, in particular cats! I’m experienced at administering medications, including insulin shots. I have 3 dogs of my own, 2 cats, and fish. I was also a horse owner for 5 years up until a few months ago. Important note: 🐾 For pet/house sitting I have to bring my smallest dog with me (25 lbs) as he was just diagnosed with a very aggressive cancer, Hemangiosarcoma. So he has to be monitored 24/7 as we don’t know when his time will come. He is very well behaved and has been with me to many house/pet sitting jobs. 💛 happy to do a meet and greet beforehand. They are amazing with other dogs, cats, farm animals (we used to live on a ranch). They both understand dog social cues very well and are calm and quiet in the house. I’m happy to do a meet and great beforehand to assess compatibility. I have experience caring for small animals to exotics such as rats, snakes, bunnies, birds, fish etc. I also have extensive knowledge when it comes to caring for livestock, from goats, cattle (steers and heifers), horses (all different type of breeds) mostly OTTB’s, sheep, llamas, chickens and more! I’d love to meet your pets and give them the best care, love and attention while you are away! I have many references from over the years and can provide some at your request! I prefer to stay at your house because that is where your animals are most comfortable and can easily stick to their routine.

I currently have a miniature Australian shepherd named Aero and a ragdoll named Bluey. Animals keep me sane! I work remotely and have the flexibility do home visits and/or drop in visits during the weekdays and weekends. Animals keep me sane and provide serotonin to keep me afloat. For dogs, my schedule typically provides more hours available for dog walks, especially in the mid to late afternoon. They'll never be waiting for someone who has to leave work and commute home through brutal traffic each day. I understand that letting someone care for your pet is an immense responsibility and requires an immense amount of trust. Especially when its someone off of an internet app! Its an even greater leap to trust someone into your home to provide pet care. My ultimate goal is to provide you a stress free environment to travel.
