“Sofia was amazing! She went above and beyond to care for my two pitbulls and made them feel right at home. Even though it was a very last-minute request, she was so accommodating and sent me lots of pictures and videos, which gave me so much peace of mind. I could tell she was genuinely sweet with them, and my dogs were clearly happy and comfortable in her care. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and loving sitter.”

“Ashley is fantastic! Great communication before and during the stay. Our pup Lexi had a blast and was well cared for. Will definitely look to book her again for future Rover needs!”
“Clancy went above and beyond in every way taking care of our dog Stella and our cat Carl in our home while we were gone for a long weekend. Not only did they both seem very content when we got back, but the house was spotless and Clancy had washed the sheets and towels she used before she headed out. She sent regular updates while we were away too, which really set our minds at ease. Thanks so much! We will definitely book Clancy again!”

“Magdalena stayed with my dog while I was out of town for the weekend and was wonderful! I appreciated the way she made a point to connect with my dog right away, she asked thoughtful questions, kept me updated with photos and videos, and I came home to a happy dog and clean apartment. She seems to genuinely love dogs and know how to help them feel comfortable very quickly. Would love to book with her again in the future and highly recommend. Thanks again Magdalena!”

“Autumn was great. She was very communicative both ahead of the stay and while watching our pets. Our big dog in particular seems to have taken to her very quickly and there were no issues when we came home. We will definitely reach out to her next time we plan on traveling.”

“Vanessa was with our two dogs for a full week and did a wonderful job of caring for them! Communication was great and the dogs were happy and well cared for when we returned home. This is our second time with Vanessa and we feel lucky to have connected with her through Rover and will definitely request her services again!”

“This was Turbo‘s first weekend with Jessie and they had a marvelous time. Jessie sent pictures and updates- she and turbo did all of his favorite activities including playtime, cuddles, and a walk. I arrived home with him happy and relaxed.”

“Nadine is such a doll! She took great care of my (elderly, needy and *fussy*) kitty while I was away, making sure she kept up with her meds, food, litterbox and cuddles. Normally when I get back from a trip, even when my husband would be home to feed and care for our cat, she would still run and hide at first when I got home - she's just that shy, and did I mention fussy? - but when I came in after Nadine had been housesitting, she was just sitting happily out in the middle of my bedroom. It's the little signs sometimes, that you know someone is awesome - but she was also fabulous about sending me updates and pictures of how she was doing. I appreciated that so much. She even offered (which I had totally forgotten about) to water my plants! And that's no easy task over here, I have a little bit of a jungle, haha. Totally above and beyond. Definitely going to be a fan of Rover now, and would love to have Nadine back again!”

“Rachel did a GREAT job dog sitting for me for 2 weeks, and I would definitely have her back. She sent several photos while was gone, my fur baby was clearly having fun with her and snuggling up with her, and she also left the house very tidy when she was done. Thank you Rachel!”

“She is the one of the best pet sitter for me. She reported me how is Shavy doing how Amaanda follow our check list of house sitting by picture. I definitely will ask her to pet sitting Shevy next time!”

“Iris stayed with our three Dachshunds for four days. She did an amazing job! Iris was attentive to their needs and gave them lots of snuggles which they are so used to! She sent pictures and an update every day which showed how well our babies were doing. I appreciate all the care and attention that she gave our dogs which included administering medication to one of them. I definitely plan to call on iIris again to care for our dogs! ❤️”

“Michael was a great sitter for our puppy. He knows how to get along with dogs, how to handle them and entertain them safely. In five days, our puppy has grown very fond of Michael and is already missing him. Please don't choose Michael as a sitter - we need him free for us😃”

“Debra is simply the best. Did a great job, again. I had zero worries about my sweet pup while we were gone. Took great care of the house and checked in frequently, sent lots of adorable pictures of Coco and Daisy. Couldn’t recommend her enough.”

“Crystal is amazing! My two pups are a lot handle and I don’t trust many people with them. But from the moment I met her I knew they were gonna be in great hands and she did not disappoint! Crystal sent me pictures or my babies every day I was out of town. And I came home to two happy and worn out pups! I will definitely be using her for future visits and recommending her to everyone I know!”

“Tiffany was great. She did an amazing job with our two crazy, very active doggies. She made us (two very nervous pet parents) feel completely comfortable and helped us enjoy the time away without any worries at all.”

“Hands down awesome job. So attentive and felt like the pets got lots of love and attention. Came home to a clean house, fed and happy pets and a clean backyard. Would absolutely recommend her to others and use her again in the future.”

“Georgia was great! She looked after our 1 year old golden at our place for a day. We had to leave at a hurry, and she was kind enough to figure things at our home. She kept us updated by sending pics and messages. Would like to have her sit my boy again!”

“Teresa, thank you so much for taking care of my max. I appreciated he daily check in and the pictures. It certainly eased the pain. Max, absolutely loved you. You were a life saver. We look forward to seeing you again in April.”

Vasa pet parents share their Rover experiences
Tatyana was great! Super friendly and professional from the start. Took great care of my dogs and kept me updated every day with messages and photos, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. The dogs were happy and relaxed when I got home. I’d definitely book with them again!

Janice provided excellent care for my 11.5 year old Great Dane while also providing me updates and pictures throughout. She did not hesitate to reach out to me to share a concern when a health issue occurred for my dog who has special health care needs. I would highly recommend her.

Magdalena stayed with my dog while I was out of town for the weekend and was wonderful! Thanks again Magdalena!

Georgia is the first dog/house sitter we have used for our skittish rescue dog. We were anxious at first but I knew immediately upon meeting Georgia and observing her calm demeanor as Norrie our dog barked at her (as Norrie barks at everyone!) that Norrie would be in good hands. Georgia patiently sat down and allowed Norrie to sniff/bark and become acquainted with her, and Georgia won her over. Georgia won me over as she talked about rescue dogs with trauma barking out of fear and not aggression. Georgia is super conscientious and a lovely, kind person. She sent us a daily photo update and we came back from a week-long trip to our clearly very well cared for dog. We are very grateful to have found Georgia and we highly, highly recommend her! Thank you Georgia!

Mariah cared for Lily (dog) and Damon (cat) in our home. She did a wonderful job, sending frequent updates and photos, and kept them in their separate parts of the house. Both of them liked her right away. Mariah kept the house clean and even took out the trash and baked! We'll ask her back again for sure.

Lexy was a great sitter! She was promt with all communication, sent daily pictures and stayed in touch. She was very attentive to the dogs. Our older dog was not eating much, and she reached out right away to tell us, to check if that was normal or not. We tried to figure it out, and she tried each suggestion right away. Very friendly and kind. We have had great luck with Rover, and Lexy is a part of that.

Brianna did an outstanding job caring for my 13-year-old cat, Joey, for a week. Joey has multiple medical conditions and requires medication three times a day—none of which can be hidden in treats. Each dose has to be given directly, which takes patience and skill. It was getting to the point where boarding him was becoming difficult ans employees at the boarding facility were not comfortable caring for him with his medical needs. On top of that, Joey has IBD and can be extremely finicky with food, often going on “eating strikes.” Brianna carefully rotated through the different foods and worked with his complicated feeding schedule to keep him eating and healthy, which is no small task. Beyond taking great care of Joey, Brianna also looked after my home beautifully. She watered my plants, kept everything spotless, and even started laundry before I returned. I came home to a house that was just as clean—if not cleaner—than when I left, which made the whole experience even better. This was my very first time ever using a pet sitter, and I was nervous about leaving both my home and my pet in someone else’s care. Brianna quickly put me at ease with her dependability, communication, and clear compassion for Joey’s well-being. We had a meet-and-greet before I left for my trip to go over everything, and I appreciated all the questions she asked to make sure she was prepared to care for both Joey and the house. I felt completely comfortable knowing everything was in her hands, and I would absolutely recommend her to anyone—especially those with pets who have complicated medical needs. I already feel better about my three week trip next month knowing Brianna will be back to take care of everything.

Zoe did a great job of taking care of our Great Pyrenees! She updated us every day with photos and videos for five days while house sitting at our house. She was very genuine with her care for our 10-year-old Lacey and even introduced her pup to ours for some play time (with permission from us of course). They looked like they had a great time together. I hope she is available the next time we need a dog sitter!
Kealani took wonderful care of my senior dog Theo. He was very comfortable with her at our Meet & Greet and I was confident in leaving him in her care. She communicates well and was very flexible in his care routine. I received daily updates and lots of pictures. She even watered my tomato plants! I would highly recommend Kealani to take great care of your pet and have already booked her for another stay.
