Absolutely amazing. I tend to be stingy with stars, but Brion and his partner earned every bit and then some. Extremely flexible, willing to go the distance for us, and dedicated to doing a little extra. They both clearly care and understand dogs- my baby can be a bit of a handful! The most impressive review, though, comes from Ritter himself. I gave him a one-night trial run a few days before the weeklong visit. Returning to drop him off for the week, he went happily bananas as soon as he recognized the apartment building. He typically reserves the happy squeaking for our house, my workplace, places that he knows well and feels safe. I can't give more stars than that.

Brion and Lena were absolutely amazing taking care of our dog, Zoe, over the long weekend! They were incredibly caring, communicative, and attentive throughout the entire stay. Zoe got multiple walks, lots of attention, and was clearly very well cared for. What really stood out was how flexible and understanding they were with our travel delays during a busy holiday weekend, which gave us so much peace of mind. They kept us updated regularly and made the whole experience stress-free from start to finish. You can truly tell they love animals and treat them like their own. We would absolutely book with them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy and dependable sitters.
