ABOUT US We are a team of two who both love dogs and welcome any dogs into our family. Nana works 4 days a week while Jeff works at home, ensuring that someone is always available to take care of your dog. Nana is great at grooming, combing, nail trimming and bathing the dogs while Jeff loves to take the doggies out for exercise, running, training, fetching and feeding. We are happy to perform all of these activities for your dogs. We usually only sit one dog at a time or two for returning customers or multiple dogs if from the same owner. This allows us to focus more attention on each dog and give them the best care. Our goal is to make your dogs feel happy, safe and loved here. They can run all over us, cuddle and sleep with us on our beds if they want, we will spoil your dogs like you do. We totally understand what it's like to leave your dogs. We also used to be very worried about leaving our dog and going away on trips. Therefore, we will do our best to make sure your doggies are having lots of fun and love and socialization just like at home. We will connect you guys with lots of photos and videos! ABOUT OUR DOG We have a female Saint Bernard who just turned 1 year old. She has the best temper ever, never gets aggressive and is always a happy goof ball. She loves meeting new dogs and can immediately start playing with any dogs. If needed, she can also keep distance from other dogs upon instructed to. ABOUT OUR HOUSE Our house boasts 4 bedrooms (3 empty) and roughly 10,000 sqft lot and a big fenced backyard specifically for dogs. The dogs will have plenty of space to roam around, play and potty as needed. The yard is disinfected on a weekly basis. The house interior has wood floors throughout, so no need to worry about dirty carpets with germs. We disinfect and vacuum the floors every 3 days. We have 2 A/C units to keep the house fresh and cool. We will keep the A/C on most of the summer because we and our dog are afraid of the summer heat! Air purifier is turned on regularly. Also, it is a one story house, so no need to worry if you don't want your dogs around stairs! Garbage cans are safety locked and food are kept out of reach. ABOUT OUR DOG SITTER EXPERIENCE We have taken care of different kinds of dogs since childhood. We have previously owned a Husky, French Bulldog, and Labrador and now own a Saint Bernard, and we have taken care of many more! COMMUNICATION We typically send photos and videos daily. We will let you share any updates and cute moments about your dogs! BOOKING POLICY If you need to cancel the booking, please let us know at least one day ahead! We care a lot about your trust in us, so we have 0% cancellation rate from our end and even have a small network of dog sitters as our backup, so you can feel reassured and go on your trip with no worries!
