Ketaki was absolutely wonderful! She cared for my dog for an entire week, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Throughout his stay, she sent regular photos and videos, which gave me complete peace of mind and allowed me to see how happy and comfortable he was. For years, I boarded my dog at traditional kennels because I didn't know there was another option. Looking back, it always felt like I was dropping him off at a dog prison where he was simply being boarded. With Rover—and especially with Ketaki—it felt like I was leaving him with a trusted family in a loving home. That is a world of difference.
