*** Please read before booking: I do not watch 1 dog at a time so if it’s your preference please do not schedule a meet & greet. Also I don’t house sit. All dog stays are done in my home.*** My children and I are avid dog lovers. We lead a healthy & active lifestyle, & dog sitting is a whole family affair for us. Unless you requests a separate dog bed, your dog will most likely sleep in our bedroom or in one of my children's beds. We are caring & empathetic & will treat your special pet as our own to ease his/her time away from you. We work hard to provide quality care as we believe animals deserve nothing less. By quality we mean regular exercise, play time & snuggles. We will decline a dog stay that we perceive as not safe or disruptive for the other animals in our care. Caring for your dog is a privilege, & we eagerly await every dog stay. Satisfied pet parents & dogs is our biggest reward! A meet and greet is preferred for each dog & every guest needs to be well mannered and socialized. High strung, high energy, hyper-active dogs, dogs chewing on furniture, dogs that not house broken & dogs not sleeping through the night will not be a good fit here since it's too stressful for our family & other dogs we are hosting. All the meets and greets are done in my home and the dog must be present. Zoom meet and greet is an option if you are out of town or booking on a short notice. Please let me know as soon as possible if you are unable to make it for a meet and greet or found an alternative arrangement. There're usually no more than 4 dog guests at a time to ensure that everyone gets the attention they deserve. We believe in quality over quantity. Once in awhile, there can be "spillover" where we have an extra dog or two for 24-48 hours, especially around holiday times. Dog boarding rate is per night, up to 24 hours. If drop off/pick up times are not the same, there may be a price adjustment. Our rates are flexible to customize your experience. Please let us know if you need a special arrangement. I highly recommend booking 1.5-2 months in advance for major holidays such as Thanksgiving and Christmas. Holidays is my busiest time of year and I prefer not to turn my regular clients away because I am already full. You have 72 hours to confirm the booking after a meet and greet. If the booking is not confirmed within 72 hours those dates will be released to other customers and you may lose your spot. I am not able to hold the requested dates without a deposit. Please bring dog food, food bowls, leash and crate if needed. Dog beds are optional. Please don't bring a retractable leash as it makes a tangled mess when I walk multiple dogs. Harness is best for walking. Please check its fit & tighten on your dog to prevent harness slipping off. Detailed care instructions are super helpful - either on Rover site under your pet's profile or printed/written on a paper at dog drop off. If you are my regular client and don't see an open spot on my calendar, please reach out. I may be able to fit you in, depending on the personalities & breeds of other dogs I am hosting.
