She followed the instructions carefully, asked clarifying when she wasnt sure, reported any abnormalities she observed, and was being really patient and gentle with the cat. I'd def recommend Shana! “Camille took my Tsuki last minute when another Rover had to cancel. I was stuck on a cruise in Mexico and could barely communicate. She brought Tsuki to her place and sent me photos. Tsuki seemed very comfortable with her for having to spend her first ever night outside of her home and with a stranger. Tsuki is not a small dog either, she is a 110lb. Giant Alaskan Malamute and can quite intimidate others..although she is a sweetie. Camille was perfect with her though! Would absolutely use again.”
