Availability
I'm currently doing this part time, so I'm pretty flexible on availability on weekdays between Monday-Thursday. Though, for drop-ins, my clearest availability is between 8am-2pm. But again, I’m flexible. I can do overnights between 5pm-9am.

I try to bring a calm, kind demeanor to the environment to put the cat(s) at ease; I will scoop the litter box, feed them, and if they show interest, play with them, and if not, I give them their space!

For dogs, let me know if they have any anxiety around other dogs, preferred way to play, how reactive they are, what feeding routine they have, and whatever quirks you think are relevant to mention. For cats, I’d like to know their preferred way to play (or if they prefer to be left alone), their hiding habits, whether they’re on the shy or social side, and their feeding routine.
A typical day
For dogs, I like get them outside and moving, play tug-of-war and other games, and just give them lots of attention and affection. For cats, depending on the temperament, I like to play hide and seek and get their hunter’s instinct going, and use different toys (like feather wands, strings, etc.).

Blake would be a wonderful addition to Rover. Blake was very caring towards our cat Tobin. He would always take time to play with him. Our cat always seemed comfortable with him; he even would take naps near Blake on the couch. He provided a safe place for my old cat. You can truly see the love he had for the cat.
