“I have used AJ B twice now and I cannot express how THOROUGH AND HOW MUCH CARE was given to my fur babies when I was away! I received daily photos and messages each day. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them and would given them 10 ⭐️ out of 10 ⭐️s if I could!!”

About: My whole life my family has had dogs and cats. We currently have 3 dogs and a cat. I love taking them to the dog park and walking them throughout the neighborhood. I am currently working 3 days of the week. I am also a golfer and play for my college so I am free in the mornings to walk the dogs. I make sure pets feel safe and comfortable by following their usual routines, providing fresh food and water, exercise, and plenty of affection. In a client’s home, I also respect their space and care for pets just as they would, keeping everything consistent and stress-free.
About: I've been around cats and dogs most of my life and have a deep love and affection for them. As well, I recently started volunteering at Seattle Humane. I'm currently doing this part time, so I'm pretty flexible on availability on weekdays between Monday-Thursday. Though, for drop-ins, my clearest availability is between 8am-2pm. But again, I’m flexible. I can do overnights between 5pm-9am. I try to bring a calm, kind demeanor to the environment to put the cat(s) at ease; I will scoop the litter box, feed them, and if they show interest, play with them, and if not, I give them their space!
“Allison has been our regular drop-in carer for Yuna, and we couldn’t be happier with her! She is reliable, caring, and wonderful with our energetic 9-month-old puppy. Yuna always looks forward to her visits, and we love the updates Allison shares. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and compassionate carer for their dog.”

“Liliana was absolutely amazing with my dog Mailo. You can tell right away how much she genuinely cares about the dogs she works with. She sent me photos during the visit which I really appreciated, and it made me feel even more at ease. Mailo came home so happy, relaxed, and full of energy from his walk, it was obvious he had such a great time. It honestly made me feel so comfortable knowing he was in such kind and trustworthy hands. She was also very communicative and easy to coordinate with. I would 100% book with her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone who will truly care for their dog.”

About: Growing up with three dogs (small and mid-sized) taught me the essentials of pet care. I’ve also provided drop-in visits and boarding for friends’ cats, dogs, and rabbits. I love animals and am dedicated to ensuring they feel safe, happy, and loved while you’re away. Looking forward to meeting you and your pet! I offer part-time care outside my day job, with a flexible schedule, so we can discuss the best times that work for you and your pet. I currently offer dog walking services on Rover. I live within walking distance of Bellevue Downtown Park and am open to walking your dog at your favorite park or trail within Bellevue.

Please reach out! I usually am free monday, wendsday, friday, sunday and sometimes saturday.I can spend entire day pet sitting or walking when I am free!I would love to do that:) You can tell me your rules and I will follow them! About: Hi, my name is Elissa. I and my husband have a 6 year old German Shepherd and a 8+ year old cat. I took care of them for more than 3 years. I am a very nice person to your pet, and I willing to sit down and have a conversation with your pet and just let your pet know I am his/her new friend. I believe this good start will improve our walking experience. Stay with a dog, especially the German Shepherd is what I never think about it before I met my husband. At first, I am also afraid of this huge dog, but right now he even listen to me more than my husband. He can under my voice control in the dog park, and I also understand all of his attitude and will avoid any of the aggressive things before it happen. As a pet sitter, I feel keep your pet be safe is the most important thing as the owner wish. So I will promise I will put the safe at first.
About: I have experience caring for both dogs and cats. I’ve been the reliable friend people turn to when they’re away. Some of the routines look like: stopping in to feed pets, provide fresh water, clean up, and offer enrichment and play, and companionship so they feel comfortable and not alone. I also have experience house sitting and staying overnight for up to four nights, making sure pets feel safe, settled, and cared for in their own environment. I’ve been around animals since I was about 10 years old, including golden retrievers, labs, and cats, and I often ask to say hello when I see a furry friend out and about. I welcome different temperaments and adjust myself to meet them where they’re comfortable. I genuinely enjoy being around animals and aim to provide calm, attentive, and loving care so fur babies feel secure, seen, and cared for while their best friend is away. I am available all days of the week, between 9:00 am-6:00 pm, can provide overnight care, please send me a message. (Sun, Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs, Fri, Sat) The goal is calm, consistency, and reading pet cues. 1. Follow their routine exactly Pets feel safest with predictability. Feed at the same times Use the same food amounts and bowls Keep walks/playtime similar to what they’re used to Even small changes can make sensitive pets anxious. 2. Do a careful first check-in When I arrive: I look for water level, food, accidents, or damage I observe their behavior (hiding, excited, nervous, clingy) I let them come to me rather than forcing interaction. 3. I arrive with a calm presence Many pets don’t need constant stimulation, they need steady companionship. I prefer to sit quietly near them, talk softly and let shy pets approach me on their terms 4. Exercise + enrichment (tailored to each pet) Dogs: walks, sniff time, fetch (if they enjoy it) Cats: wand toys, gentle play, window time I may suggest to keep sessions short if they get overstimulated 5. I like to help keep the home clean and safe by scooping litter boxes daily (sometimes twice per day), pick up wrappers or food items immediately, wipe paws if needed after walks, and keep doors locked and secure at all times 6. Respect their boundaries This is a big one for trust: I try not to force picking up or petting and watch for signs like tail flicking, hiding, freezing, or overstimulation. I let them decompress alone if needed. 7. I love the saying, “Leave things better than you found them” My fur friends owners say they appreciate: Clean bowls and litter areas, a tidy feeding/walking area, and the notes about how they did during the visit 8. I communicate clearly Send updates like: “Fed, walked, and doing well,” Photos (if allowed) and any changes in behavior or appetite
“Zubia is a prompt and reliable sitter. I needed to leave town unexpectedly, and she was able to look after our cat no problem. Zubia took such great care of our 8 year old kitty! My husband and I received adorable pictures during her visits and could tell she was taken care of when we got home. Thanks, Zubia! ❤️”

About: I have years of experience with my own dogs as well as pet sitting for many other dogs/cats/pets over the years. I’m always able to build a strong bond with all the animals I come into contact with by being very nurturing, giving them positive reinforcement so they can thrive and be happy. I can also quickly identify when a dog/pet is feeling ill from something it ate or has suffered an injury by stepping on something, etc. I’m obsessive about constantly observing my dog’s behaviors and making sure all is well. I would do nothing short of that same dedication for your dog/pet as well. I’m currently wearing many hats as an entrepreneur and so my schedule fluctuates and is never really in a fixed routine. That being said it is extremely flexible and perfect for dog walking/pet sitting since I can take on new bookings quickly and easily. No wife/kids.. so my free time schedule is also very flexible. There are times when I have other jobs I need to complete but they are usually also very flexible and can be moved around in order to accommodate walking a pet or pet sitting. My home doesn’t have a fenced in yard but I make sure to leash them up good/safe so that when we go outside they can’t run off or anything like that. There is a shared grass yard space (sort of like a courtyard) in the middle of my townhome complex that is a very quiet/safe place for them to go potty and sniff the foliage. There are some dog parks nearby where we can take your dog to run around off-leash if that is something the owner permits. I love nothing more then to see them running free and frolicking/playing with their other furry friends. But if the pet isn’t social like that, then I can keep them safe at home no problem.

About: I have taken care of animals my whole life, growing up on farms and the like, I have endless experience watching family and friend's dogs and cats. I have energy for those big dogs that love to tug of war, I am the perfect partner for a good game of fetch and a calming energy for those pets that love to lounge around. I love doing yoga with pets around, makes for playful interaction. I take my time getting to know a pet, learning their specific needs and where they loved to be pet the most. I attune myself to each animal. I never force a connection, I also let the animal get to know me too. I have experience with puppies, kittens, young pups, older pups and cats alike. I am currently unemployed and looking to make this my priority for the next couple months while I save up money to go to school abroad. So pet care and sitting fits into my daily life pretty smoothly. I am ready and open as soon as you need me. I respect every client's home and treat their pet as if they were my own. I know how special and close animal-person connections are. I make it a goal to keep the home neat and safe for your animal.
“Shana is amazing!!!! She was so wonderful with my sensitive kitty, Aspen. She gave fantastic updates, took some amazing pictures, and treated Aspen like her own. I am so grateful! Thank you Shana!”

About: What sets me apart is my attention to detail and consistency. I take the time to understand each pet’s personality, routine, and preferences so I can provide care that feels familiar and stress-free. I’ve always enjoyed being around dogs and have a real appreciation for their energy and personalities. I don’t currently have pets of my own, which allows me to fully focus on giving attentive, one-on-one care during each visit. I’m comfortable working with a range of dogs, from playful and energetic to more relaxed, and I enjoy making sure they get the activity, structure, and attention they need. I work remotely from home, which gives me a flexible schedule and allows me to provide consistent, reliable pet care throughout the day. I’m generally most available for walks and check-ins in the afternoons and early evenings during the workweek. I can also accommodate weekends when needed, especially for recurring clients or advance requests. I provide care in my clients’ homes so pets can stay comfortable in their familiar environment. I take time to understand each pet’s routine, needs, and personality, and I follow all instructions closely to ensure consistent and safe care. During visits, I focus on keeping pets engaged, well-exercised, and cared for, while also respecting the client’s home and keeping things clean and secure. I’m observant of any changes in behavior and will communicate updates regularly for peace of mind. I have recently gained valuable experience caring for high-energy puppies and understand the importance of structure, exercise, and attention.
“Yuan has watched my cat 4 times now, and I can’t recommend her enough! She always sends the best photos and videos, which I look forward to. I feel completely at ease knowing my cat is so well cared for, with fresh food, water, and lots of attention every visit. It’s obvious she truly loves animals, and that really shines through in her updates.”

Bellevue dog parents share their Rover experiences
She did great with cooper, he’s a naturally shy dog but Liliana was very good with him. She sent pictures every visit and kept me up to date always. I can tell she has a love for animals and I would definitely rely on her again to deliver quality service to my dog when I’m gone.
Todd took amazing care of Finn during our drop‑ins! He was thorough, punctual, and makes dogs/pets feel instantly at ease. Finn can be shy/quirky at first with certain people, but Todd won him over immediately and kept me updated with photos and notes. It’s such a relief knowing Finn is in good hands. We’ll absolutely be using Todd again!
Toki was so so wonderful with our 3 month puppy! He played with him so well that puppy fell asleep for 3 hrs once Toki left - happy happy puppy! Toki was very respectful in our house, and took beautiful pics of puppy both times he came. We are excited to work with Toki again!

Our dogs were immediately comfortable meeting James. He had a very kind vibe and we all picked up on that! James was punctual, efficient and sent photos of my pups everyday. It’s our first Rover experience and we were very pleased. I highly recommend James, as do Greta (9 yo staffy) and Ollie (18 yo chi).

Sherry is awesome. We just moved from out of state and have a pretty old dog not used to this climate. He was scared when we left him, and we have always boarded him in the past so he was quite difficult. Sherry was patient, and over 2-3 DAYS of feeding a growling, snapping dog she saw kobe turn back into the cool old dog he normally is. I can’t say enough how easy and patient she has been with a tough situation.

Jiaying has been absolutely wonderful with my dog! She’s reliable, caring, and goes to the extra mile to make sure my pup is happy and well exercised. I really appreciate the updates and photos after each walk—it gives me peace of mind knowing my dog is in such good hands. I couldn’t recommend Jiaying more highly!
