Jackie is awesome! We have booked with her multiple times and are always happy with the experience!

Jackie took great care of our cat and was dependable and thoughtful throughout our time away. We really appreciated her and would absolutely recommend her.

Jackie did not communicate well for two drop in visits. I signed up for 30 minute drop in sessions to let my 3 dogs out, stretch, play etc. Jackie met all three dogs prior to agreeing to these visits. While I was very transparent that one of the dogs is a new rescue (a 9lb Yorkie), she seemed confident in being able to handle him. The first visit seemed to have gone ok, though she did report the rescue did have some bitey and aggressive behavior. She took pictures of the dogs and we touched base about the visit and came up with a plan to try a smoother visit for the next day. I told her to contact me if there were any issues at all. Jackie showed up the next day, on time, but left after 9 minutes with my dogs. This timestamp was captured on my ring camera. No explanation on why it was so short, no pictures. I had to reach out and ask if everything was ok because I could see on camera that the dogs were back in their spots only 15 minutes into the drop in visit. Jackie only explained why she didn’t complete the visit AFTER I asked for a refund. She sent me a blurry picture of an injury on her leg and claimed my rescue did it, even though she did not mention getting bit in our messages post visit or when she stopped by to drop off my key. She refused to provide me a refund for failing to complete the service.

Jackie was great, Totoro was healthy and understandably very clingy when we returned.

We had a great experience with Jackie! She was very communicative throughout and took such great care of our little guy. It gave us real peace of mind while we were away. Highly recommend!
