“We just had our puppy fixed and needed some help while we worked. She was so gentle and caring. She made sure that he was careful when he went out to go to the bathroom. She helped make sure he ate some food even though he wasnt feeling too much like eating. I would absolutely ask her to come back and help watch our little pup.”

About: I’ve taken care of dogs for years and have had a dog before! I help out with my friends dogs all the time and love going on walks! I’m currently in between getting jobs so my availability is completely open and I can help out and walk and play with dogs whenever needed! I am very gentle and pets tend to like me a lot! I also know how much to feed different dogs and how to approach them and how to make sure they feel loved
About: Hi! I’m Yuna! 🐾💕 I’ve always loved animals and treat every pet like part of the family. My goal is to make your pet feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away. 🐶🐱 I have experience caring for both dogs and cats through boarding and dog walking. I’m comfortable with pets of different ages, personalities, and energy levels. I’m especially patient with shy, nervous, or anxious pets and give them plenty of time to adjust at their own pace. I carefully follow your pet’s normal routine, including feeding, walks, potty breaks, and medications. Every pet is different, so I always adjust my care to what makes them happiest and most comfortable. 💕 🎓 I’m a UW student with a flexible schedule, so I have plenty of time to give pets attention and company throughout the day. I’m available for regular potty breaks, walks, playtime, meals, and lots of cuddles. 📸 I also love sending photo and video updates so you can see how your pet is doing while you’re away! 💕 🏡 Your pet’s safety and comfort are always my priority. We have a large, fully fenced yard for supervised outdoor play and plenty of indoor space for relaxing, playing, and cuddling. 🌳 There’s also a park right in front of our home for walks and fresh air. I carefully follow your instructions for feeding, potty breaks, walks, medications, and any special care needs. 🐶🐱 I have a friendly dog and cat at home who are comfortable around other pets.
“Kevin has been absolutely fantastic with our dog! She's very high-energy, and Kevin always finds creative ways to keep her engaged and burn off that energy. We mentioned that she needed to work on not jumping on people and also no barking for attention, and Kevin was great about reinforcing those behaviors during their time together. We've seen real improvement! Our pup is always thrilled to see him and is totally tuckered out—and happy—after each visit. Kevin is also incredibly responsive and communicates clearly. I especially love reading the notes and seeing the pictures he shares in the Rover cards 😊”

About: With my nursing background and having my own animals, I am knowledgeable and competent in handling/administering medications and mostly anything medical related with your pets. I have two animals of my own and have owned various pets throughout my life (dogs, cats, birds, reptiles, etc). I am experienced in sitting various animals of all ages and would truly be honored to meet and love on your kiddos. I am available most days of the week since I am currently only working as a nurse part time. Other than my own two pets, I do not have any other commitments. I would prefer to take care of your pets in their own environment so that they are comfortable. However, I am willing to house sit at my home if necessary.
“Janine did a fantastic job caring for Wally while we were traveling! She was incredibly attentive, communicative, and patient throughout the entire process. Wally can be a little cautious and takes time to build trust with new people, and Janine was so understanding and willing to work with him at his own pace. Her patience, kindness, and dedication gave us so much peace of mind knowing he was in great hands. We truly appreciate the care and effort she put into making Wally feel comfortable and safe. Janine is wonderful, and we will absolutely continue using her services. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and trustworthy sitter!”

“We absolutely loved Mikaela, and so did Ronnie! This was our first time leaving our kitten home alone, so we were a little nervous, but having Mikaela take care of her was such a relief. She was reliable and made us feel completely at ease while we were away. She also took the cutest pictures of Ronnie, which we loved getting! We would definitely trust Mikaela with Ronnie again and highly recommend her!”

“Lori did a great job taking care of my dog! She gave him lots of love and attention on her drop-in, made sure his needs were attended to, and stayed in communication with me. Thanks, Lori!”

“Grace has been fantastic with my variety of pets! I feel so much better while traveling knowing they are in good hands. I would definitely recommend Grace to friends and family.”

“Xiaoxiao did an amazing job taking care of my two cats! She was reliable, communicative, and clearly cared about their well-being. I felt completely at ease while I was away, and my cats were happy and well cared for. Highly recommend her to anyone on Rover!”

“Jessica was awesome with our two cats while we were away for vacation. She gave regular updates and followed all our instructions. We came back to happy cats and a well taken care of space. We’d be happy to book her again!”

“Agata was wonderful! She’s super communicative, sweet and our dog loves her! We are so grateful that she was able to do regular drop ins for our pup for the week we were gone. It was super comforting knowing our pup was in good hands. Thank you, Agata!!!”

“Shelli was fantastic! We booked her kind of last minute and our regular rover wasn't available. She was wonderful with our pup and he was very well taken care of by her. We will definitely use her again.”

“Aidan goes above and beyond at every visit. We've had him watch our kitties twice so far, for over a week each time, and he's the best cat sitter we've ever had! He's now our go-to cat sitter. He gives thorough updates, makes sure all three of our cats are individually taken care of, and even made sure to clean up after our kitties' messes so that we came home to a clean house. He's excellent at communication, spent plenty of time with our kitties, and our boys really seemed to love him. I would 100% recommend Aidan!”

“Toki took really good care of our cats while we were not there. We appreciated everything he has done. We have very good communication all those days. When we are back home, the cats are healthy and happy. Thank you! 👍”

“Jue was amazing with our cats, Coco and April! She sent detailed updates with photos and videos every day, kept them well-fed, and spent plenty of time playing with them. We came home to two very happy and relaxed kitties. Highly recommend Jue — we’ll definitely book her again!”

About: I have fostered dogs and cats on and off for 15 years. The last 6 years have been through R.A.S.K. I have fostered and owned all types of dogs. Don't worry if your dog has super high energy or if your puppy chews on everything. Im prepared and have plenty of experience. I'm a stay at home mom so im home all day. I do same day bookings and am flexible if you have last min changes. I have two 18 month old Lab/Husky mixes. They are 90lbs. My puppies are super friendly and very active. My house is perfect for dogs that need to burn up some energy. My son has made a ball pit for the dogs and on warmer days i fill the ball pit with water. I also have a small plastic pool for pups to play in. Dogs have access to fully fenced yard with use of dog door. They are able to come and go as they please. I do close the dog door at night. I installed anti dig guards around my fence to prevent pups from trying to dig under. My house has central air conditioning as well as portable ac units if needed. I have a live camera in the back yard. You will have 24/7 access to camera. There is an option to veiw past recored events for that day. I have motion activated lighting throughout the back yard. Pet waste is removed from yard multiple times a day. I don't use crates or kennels. If your pup feels more comfortable being crated at night you would need to bring their kennel from home. Otherwise i let the dogs sleep where they want. I have plenty of dog beds for them. Most of the time i end up with all the dogs on my king size bed. My cat is dog friendly and is an indoor/outdoor cat.
“I had Lindsay take care of my cat for the second time, and she truly went above and beyond. Despite a power outage, she came in, found a blanket, and set up a cozy bed for my cat. I deeply appreciate her willingness to show up under challenging circumstances and ensure my cat was comfortable and cared for. Highly recommended for her dedication and care!”

Jade is fantastic! We had a drop-in visit to introduce her to my dog, Luben, who is usually very shy and sensitive around new people. Jade was extremely patient and gentle, taking it step-by-step to build trust with him. She even took detailed notes on everything we discussed regarding his care. I’m so glad we found her and definitely trust her for future boarding!

Emily always goes above and beyond to do her job. ALWAYS. I don’t think she treats taking care of others’ pets as a job, she genuinely care about the dogs she is asked to walk and visit and commits to make sure their needs are met. A good baby sitter is like gold, the dogs and their humans have to be extremely lucky to have Emily in their lives.

Vanessa has been a life-saver. I recently switched from a remote job to part-time in the office. I was worried to leave my pups alone, so I booked Vanessa to check in on them weekly. She's been fantastic. Flexible, reliable, punctual, and good with the pups. Highly recommend!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
While Rover doesn’t offer traditional subscription services, some sitters offer recurring bookings for services like home visits and dog walking.
