About: Pets have been my life ever since I was five years old. I wasn't a caretaker at that age, but I've fostered a close connection and understanding towards pets ever since. As I got older, my responsibilities grew in kind, and I became much more involved in the day-to-day care of dogs and cats. I've been fortunate to be a part of six dogs lives, and each have brought different temperaments, attitudes, and energy levels. Four of the six were rescues, so I understand the patience and attentiveness needed to properly address their needs and quirks. I also helped raise a 10 week old puppy into adulthood, so I am very familiar with what it takes to handle the stubbornness and energy of a young pup. While it's been some time since my cat has passed away, I likewise share a similar understanding to their needs and socialization. It requires a different approach than a dog but I am happy to adapt to the pet at hand and ensure they receive the best care possible. I have returned from a term of service abroad in the Peace Corps, and am currently searching for employment as I settle back in the states. I will be living in Washington for the time being before I set off to grad school. As such, my schedule is fairly open for dog walking and check-ins. Some of my fondest memories abroad was walking around the countryside in my spare time, so I'm excited to continue that here with some new friends! I will ensure that the pets' needs are addressed in full with the client before I take on the service, and adhere to the directions advised. I cannot currently board pets at my home, but I am happy to check in on pets whilst abiding by the rules of my client's homes.

This is the sixth time I’ve had Annie take care of my cat, Edgar, while we’ve been away, and once again, she was absolutely wonderful! I honestly couldn’t be happier with her. Annie takes such great care of Edgar, and she always leaves everything clean and tidy. She is also incredibly responsive and always willing to help, even with little things that aren’t really part of her pet-sitting duties, like taking care of the trash while we were away. I have complete trust in Annie, which gives me such peace of mind whenever we travel. I always come home to a clean house, a clean litter box, and clean food and water bowls. Most importantly, Edgar is happy and well taken care of. I will definitely continue booking Annie whenever we travel. We had a wonderful experience with Sage. Very communicative and caring, with extra time spent with our cat when she wasn’t behaving well. Sage also cleaned up after her, which we really appreciated. We felt our cat was in great hands and would definitely recommend Sage!
Hayley was an excellent sitter for my cat! I’m always nervous when I’m away, but Hayley’s communication and photo updates really put my anxiety at ease. She was punctual, clean, and did a great job administering my cat’s medicine. She used the remaining appointment time to play with my cat, so she was nice and tuckered out by the time I got home. Jue is the best cat sitter anyone can ask for. First and formost, she studys animal behavior in school so she understands cats very well! . Second, She spent an hour before the first visit to get to know my place and my two cats, and took down a long list of notes, that shows how much ownership she had for this task. Third, she is a GREAT communicator! She responds to messages/requests very quickly, and will send pictures/videos and detailed visit cards so you know 100% your cats are doing well. Last thing, she really pays attention to details, and will help you with things that you cascually missed. In my case I missed cleaning the water fountain. Even though cleaning water fountain was not in the request, she noticed the bugs flying around she just took care of it. 10/10 recommended!
Morgan is awesome, she took great care of our cat while we were on vacation. I appreciated the photos, and that Willie was willing to come out and pose for them. Sanuthi is incredible and very reliable. We have two finicky 12 year old cats and any changes stress out Simba. She was very patient, willing to meet him within his comfort level.
