Irina was wonderful! We have especially shy girls and Irina was super patient and good with them. We are very very happy with how she followed our house, feeding, litterbox, and play rules and expectations. The last time we left them with another sitter they never left their hiding places. This time with Irina even our most shy cat came out to eat and get some pets while the other cat played with her several times. This is very showing of how much they liked and felt comfortable with her. Her updates each visit were detailed and we really appreciated all the photos she sent. Malia provided our two kitties with tons of love and playtime while we were on vacation, and followed all of our care instructions perfectly! Kristen is a very attentive, communicative, thoughtful pet sitter. She did 2 drop ins a day for a little over a week making sure to let me know if there were any issues that came up. I felt at ease having Kristen as my pet sitter for Termite on such short notice. Termite was very well taken care of!
