Kristen is a very attentive, communicative, thoughtful pet sitter. She did 2 drop ins a day for a little over a week making sure to let me know if there were any issues that came up. I felt at ease having Kristen as my pet sitter for Termite on such short notice. Termite was very well taken care of!

She didn’t even hesitate to provide an extra look and care when one of my cat didn’t seem very well and I can’t express enough how much I appreciated her warm care given to my cats. This was my first time booking with Polina, and she did great! Our kitty was well cared for, we came home to a happy cat and a clean bathroom.
