Irina was absolutely amazing with my cat, Velvet. She is kind, caring, reliable, and truly goes above and beyond. She played with Velvet, sent lots of wonderful pictures, and kept me updated, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. Irina took wonderful care of my dog Loki, and I couldn’t be happier with her work. She is very responsible, always on time, and pays great attention to every detail. Loki felt calm and comfortable with her, which is very important to me. Irina always kept me updated by sending photos and detailed reports about how he was doing. She also followed all my requests carefully — whether it was turning on the lights so Loki wouldn’t feel alone in the dark, checking and refilling his water, or cleaning his paws after walks. Everything was always done thoughtfully and with care. I’m truly very satisfied with her service and would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for someone trustworthy and attentive.
