She followed our instructions carefully, even taking care of a few extra requests, and was very respectful of our home. During our trip, one of our cats disappeared into an excellent hiding spot and wasn't seen on our cameras for several hours, which naturally made us very worried. Yijun spent extra time searching for him, answered all of our questions, and even offered to return immediately to check on him again before another appointment because she was genuinely concerned. Thankfully, he eventually reappeared on his own! We really appreciated her kindness, professionalism, and how much she cared about our cats. We would be happy to book with her again.”

This is the second time Mackenzie has watched and visited our cats. She is amazing! Her pictures, communication, and following our advice for each cat is top notch.
