Along with feeding our cats and cleaning the litter box, Alex also played with our cats daily and seeing pictures of our cats getting attention and being happy was very reassuring. “I have been a cat sitter on Rover for some time myself, while it was my first time using this service on Rover. My bar was set high since I know ins and out of cat sitting. Yet still, we were blown away by the exceptional cat sitting service provided by Man-Chi for our cats, Kash and Tartan. From the moment we contacted Man-Chi, it was evident that our cats were in capable and caring hands. Communication was prompt throughout the entire process. During the time we were away, we received regular updates, complete with adorable photos and heartwarming anecdotes about Kash and Tartan's activities. In addition, we discovered that Kash needs to take anti-depressed medication after booking with her, and Man-Chi took the additional responsibility happily. One of the standout features of Man-Chi's service was the extra effort she put into engaging with our cats. Whether it was interactive playtime, gentle brushing, or simply spending quality time with them, it was clear that she genuinely enjoyed being with my cat. Although it was just two days, she noticed the traits of their personalities that none of my previous cat sitters had noticed. Upon returning home, we found our cats were very lively and happy. And to our amazement, Kash’s over-grooming behavior was greatly improved during such a short period. We highly recommend Man-Chi's service to any cat owner.
