I am currently a student and drive full time, so my schedule can be flexible. I usually just ask for a range of time. For example, if you generally feed your pet at 8, a range of either 7-8 or 8-9 is preferable for some flexibility.

I only do drop-in visits, but within that 30 min, I do whatever you need me to do to care for your pet. They are in their home and in their safe space, so I always want to try to stick to their routine as closely as possible. And pics always get sent so you can see your fur-baby :)

I will pet sit almost any dog. I'd say I'd prefer not to sit any dogs that are super aggressive. If you have a well-trained Pit Bull, or your dog is simply good with people, but not with other dogs, I'd be willing to meet him/her =] Other than that, I would of course ask if your dog is trained and if they are, what commands they know. The dog doesn't have to be super well-trained, but I do like to acquire this knowledge.
A typical day
Time I'll spend with your dog: It all depends on the schedule of your vacation. During the meet and greet, I'll have you take me through your pup's typical day and will do my very best to keep with that schedule when sitting. My goal is to keep their routine as steady as possible, since it's already stressful having the parents away! I will leave your house in the same, if not better, shape before you left!

Unfortunately I cant have pets right now (my kitty passed at the old age of 20), but I would LOVE to pet sit yours! I also love cats as much as dogs, so if you need a drop-in sitter for yours, I would be honored to do that too! I am fairly comfortable administering pill medications orally, though it can depend on the kitty (dogs are usually easy), but I am not open to giving injections to an animal. I'm excited to meet your pet and make more furry friends!

Danielle was really easy to work with and I appreciated her agreeing on relatively short notice to take care of my cat for a week while I was out of town, checking in on him twice a day to give transdermal meds. She sent regular updates/photos and everything went smoothly!
This was our second time booking with Danielle, and once again she was fantastic. We were away on a weeklong cruise, which is never easy when you’re leaving your pups behind, but she made the whole experience stress-free. She kept us updated, was dependable, flexible, and clearly cares about the dogs she watches. Our border collies were happy, well cared for, and right at home with her. We’ve now trusted Danielle with multiple trips and already booked with her again. Highly recommend!
