I’ve taken care of cats, dogs and other fluffy friends for most of my life. Pets are our best friends and companions, they deserve an attentive caretaker while their humans are away. I strive to make sure your loved ones are cared for exactly as you ask. Every pet has their own special needs, especially as they age. I have experience with older animals as well and am comfortable administering medications. I’m soft spoken and patient and will ensure they feel safe and comfortable with my presence. I have two shelter cats at home who my partner and I spoil with love daily. We are looking forward to adopting a dog in the future and adding to our family!

While I don’t offer boarding services at this time, I will gladly maintain your routine with your pet in your home. If you crate your dog or have dedicated play spaces I’ll be sure to follow your guidelines. Any preferences for walk locations can also be abided by. I’ll be sure to work with your timid animals to build a trust relationship with them.

Alexander was great working with our cat to get some meds into him. He’s been a difficult cat for any pills and Alexander did great.

Alexander took excellent care of our cats. He tends to the details, filling extra bowl of kibbles etc. Our two cats are typically shy from strangers but they got along with Alexander right away. Will definitely come back!
Alexander S. is great with dogs! I've used him for both walks and dog sitting with my pups Hammy and Lewis plenty of times, and he's always been awesome. Hammy and Lewis get super excited whenever they see him — they know they're about to get some good outdoor walks and playtime. He's really attentive, and it's clear he enjoys hanging out with them. He brings them back happy and tired every time. He treats the dogs like his own, sends updates and pictures, and always makes sure they're safe and comfortable. He's super reliable and just has a really good way with animals. If you're looking for a solid dog walker or sitter, I'd definitely recommend Alexander. I never worry when I leave them with him.
Alex is wonderful with animals. As a Rover sitter myself, I keep a high standard for care when it comes to pet care. But he seems to be an animal magnet, because I’ve seen cats and dogs warm up to him almost instantly. I truly couldn’t think of someone better to take care of your pet.
Alex is wonderful with animals. He is calm and deliberate, which animals respond well to and they naturally gravitate to him. He is responsible and diligent, and I would just as readily trust him with my boundlessly-energetic puppy as with my senior dog on a strict medication schedule. Caring, dependable, upfront; Alex is a great choice to look after your dog or cat.

Schedule
I have a flexible schedule and am local to the island. I focus my availability to just the island so I can quickly make it to our scheduled bookings on time.
