“Heather is amazing! She has taken care of my cats twice and both times I knew they were treated with love and kindness. She is so friendly and enthusiastic about animals. I feel confident booking Heather because I know my cats will be safe. I love the photos she sends because I can tell my cats are happy when she visits. I highly recommend booking Heather.”
“She was absolutely wonderful with Hagrid! He’s only 8 weeks old, and she was so sweet, patient, and attentive with him. She sent me lots of photos and videos throughout the visit, which made me feel so comfortable while I was at work. She played with him, fed him, took him out for potty breaks, and even noticed when he was about to have an accident and quickly took him to his potty area. 🥰 Hagrid seemed so happy and comfortable with her. I would absolutely book with her again and highly recommend her!”
“Vanessa did a fantastic job dropping in on my two cats over the Christmas holiday! She consistently arrived at the same time to check on my pets, communicated clearly and quickly, and really put me at ease about leaving the girls at home instead of boarding them. I will definitely rebook with Vanessa any time I need to go out of town.”
“Anna is incredible!! I needed someone to check in on my cat last minute and she was more than happy to for a few days! She is communicative, trustworthy, flexible, and truly loves spending time with animals! I enjoyed my time away from home so much more knowing that my cat was with Anna, and will definitely be a repeat client!”
“Lisa did a wonderful job caring for our kitty! She spent quality time with her and did a thorough job with feeding her and cleaning up the litter. We appreciated the detailed daily reports.”
“Chad is great! He updated us once in a while about our cat, which we are very appreciative about because he tends to be shy. He gave him time and space to warm up and ensure that he can feel at home.😀❤️”
“We greatly appreciate Di’s help on checking with our cat Purpur when we are traveling for a week. Purpur was a bit shy - initially hiding in the closet, Di was very patient to get her comfortable and Purpur eventually came out to play with her. Di keeps us updated with notes and pictures and how is Purpur doing, it is really assuring to hear that she is doing well when we are out. One day before we return we didn’t see Purpur from the feeder camera for about 10 hours so I texted Di if she could help check on if Purpur trapped herself somewhere, it turns out Purpur somehow opened the bedroom door and then somehow closed it - ending up trapped herself inside the bedroom. Luckily we have Di to save her! We are very grateful and relieved for that. Thank you Di!”
“Nicole was wonderful! She checked on our cat every other day while we were out of town. We met in advance and she asked all the right questions. During the visits, she gave detailed updates and photos. Will absolutely request her services again!”
“Lillian was a wonderful cat sitter for my sweet girls! She was kind enough to come over before the booking started to get to know them and their routine. She sent me great updates and photos every day while I was gone and I knew they were well taken care of in my absence. She gave them lots of play, cuddle and lap time and I came home to some happy kitties! She even went above and beyond and put out some food each day for the neighborhood feral cat! I was so appreciative to have Lillian caring for my senior kitties.”
“Another completely successful visit with Lindsay! Selfishly I hope she never moves - she makes me the most comfortable of anyone I’ve ever found on Rover and is so responsible and the most communicative. And most importantly, she takes the best care of my two kitties. I am so grateful I found her!!!”
“We were very happy with Jiru’s care. She arrived on time as agreed, played with our cat, and communicated clearly throughout. She was kind and understanding, which we really appreciated. She was flexible to align with our travel schedule for picking up and returning keys. We would be happy to have her again as our sitter.”
“Xiaoxiao was wonderful!! She was very caring and communicative, and took amazing care of my cat. She gave lots of love to my cat, and sent many cute pictures and videos. My cat definitely likes her a lot. Would highly recommend and hope to have her help again in the future!”
“Kseniia was incredibly friendly, and my cats liked her right from our initial meet-and-greet! She was exceptionally detail-oriented, which gave me complete peace of mind while I was away on vacation. I highly recommend her and will definitely be booking her again in the future.”
“Katelyn was great! She came last minute on a holiday weekend and took excellent care of my senior lady. She followed all of the care instructions to the letter and provided plenty of updates, was on time, and even managed to coax my shy kitty out for some treats and pets. Highly recommend her as a sitter!”
“Elizabeth is such a kind human and went above and behind to take care of our two kitties & home! I would highly recommend booking with her and will definitely use her in the future :)”

Cat parents share their Rover experiences - Coal Creek
Lisa is an amazing cat sitter! I feel lucky to have found her. My 2 cats received the care I would personally wish for them. Lisa started by summarizing my requests, shared the format with me. This immediately gave me confidence knowing how Lisa intends to treat my cats and allowed me to focus on enjoying my vacation. Lisa balanced giving both cats equal love and the cats warmed up to her. I am very happy with this sit!
We had a wonderful experience with Sage. Very communicative and caring, with extra time spent with our cat when she wasn’t behaving well. Sage also cleaned up after her, which we really appreciated. We felt our cat was in great hands and would definitely recommend Sage!
We have used Jelena multiple times for our cat sitting as we are very happy with her services and how she takes care of our cat. This trip, we had an unexpected issue that happened in our house but she alerted us right away and went above and beyond to help take care of the situation in our absence. We are very grateful for her and know we can depend on her when we go out of town. Thank you Jelena!
Jue is the best cat sitter anyone can ask for. First and formost, she studys animal behavior in school so she understands cats very well! . Second, She spent an hour before the first visit to get to know my place and my two cats, and took down a long list of notes, that shows how much ownership she had for this task. Third, she is a GREAT communicator! She responds to messages/requests very quickly, and will send pictures/videos and detailed visit cards so you know 100% your cats are doing well. Last thing, she really pays attention to details, and will help you with things that you cascually missed. In my case I missed cleaning the water fountain. Even though cleaning water fountain was not in the request, she noticed the bugs flying around she just took care of it. 10/10 recommended!
Morgan is awesome, she took great care of our cat while we were on vacation. I appreciated the photos, and that Willie was willing to come out and pose for them. He’s usually shy with people he doesn’t know, but warmed up to Morgan no problem! I had peace of mind that he was well cared for. Thank you Morgan!! 🙏💕
Our first time using Jennifer to check on our two boys. She was perfect! Great at communicating, always brought in packages, kept things clean, and the boys warmed up to her pretty quickly. And our request was pretty last minute so we're very grateful for her.
Annie and Terry did a great job taking care of our cat this week! They kept up a regular schedule, kept everything tidy, and followed all our instructions. It seems like they genuinely enjoy playing with cats. They sent nice pictures and even brushed our cat's teeth!
