About: Hi! I’m excited to meet new pets and provide loving, reliable care while you’re away. I’ve grown up around animals my entire life, so caring for them comes naturally to me. I currently work part-time 4 days a week, which gives me a flexible schedule and plenty of time to care for your pets. I’m available all day on Wednesdays through Fridays. On Mondays, Tuesdays, and weekends I’m available after work, typically no later than 2 PM willing to check on pete before I start my shift! About: I have been caring for my own animals for over 8 years. Our furry, scaly, feathery family members deserve the upmost respect and care. I've done various tasks such as claw care, simple grooming, specially diets, oral and injectable medications, and bathroom trips/litter scooping. I am up for any challenge, not afraid to get a little messy, or willing to take the extra time needed to sooth an overwhelmed pet. Just let me know how I can care for your pets! I am a full-time student, with only 2 classes in the week midday on Monday and Wednesday. Otherwise I devote my time to the gym and professional development. I am a non-smoker and non-drinker. Confidentiality is first nature to me. I am in the US Military, 4 times deployed, I understand privacy and security is imparative. My only desire is to look after your pets, I may bring a laptop to get any school work done but otherwise my priority is to follow the guidance set for me to make sure your pet and/or home is taken care of! About: I've been around cats and dogs most of my life and have a deep love and affection for them. As well, I recently started volunteering at Seattle Humane. I'm currently doing this part time, so I'm pretty flexible on availability on weekdays between Monday-Thursday. Though, for drop-ins, my clearest availability is between 8am-2pm. But again, I’m flexible. I can do overnights between 5pm-9am. I try to bring a calm, kind demeanor to the environment to put the cat(s) at ease; I will scoop the litter box, feed them, and if they show interest, play with them, and if not, I give them their space!
About: I have been a STEM teacher for 5 years, handling classes with students of grade levels from middle school through seniors. I also pet sat my SIL’s cats at her house (one a senior, other younger) while she traveled overseas for a month, along with aiding in looking after four young puppies for a month. Also, I establish trust and care with both dogs and cats in a timely manner, ensuring that they fill safe and loved. Also, I have had several cats and dogs of my own throughout the years. Akiva was a great dog walker. He worked on getting to know my dog and meeting his needs. Always punctual, he gave Yofi the full hour walk as requested. Akiva knows a lot about dog behavior and got to know Yofi before he took him out. Akiva and Yofi had a productive "meet and greet" before accepting this task. My dog has a few quirks that Akiva handled professionally. He was also very kind with Yofi. I recommend Akiva wholeheartedly.
Victoria is a fantastic walker and person. She always texts when she’s on her way, is punctual, provides multiple text and photo updates, and never fails to take my dog on a fun adventure every time they go on a walk. Whenever my dog comes home after a walk with Victoria, she has the biggest smile on her face. As an owner, Victoria always seems to strive to assuage any of my nerves and has been a joy to work with! Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
