Availability
I currently work part-time 4 days a week, which gives me a flexible schedule and plenty of time to care for your pets. I’m available all day on Wednesdays through Fridays. On Mondays, Tuesdays, and weekends I’m available after work, typically no later than 2 PM willing to check on pete before I start my shift! I’m always happy to work with pet parents to find a schedule that works best and will make sure your pets receive lots of attention, care, playtime, and companionship while you’re away. 😊

Before watching a pet I do very much appreciate knowing about their daily routine, personality, energy level, feeding schedule, medications, allergies, favorite activities, and anything that may cause stress or anxiety. I also like to know how they interact with other people/animals, and of course any house rules you have, and emergency contact or vet information. The more details you provide, the better I can make your pet feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while you’re away.
A typical day
I love keeping pets active, happy, and entertained while they’re with me! Depending on each pet’s personality and energy level, I enjoy going on pretty long walks, playing fetch or tug-of-war, giving treats, doing enrichment games, and spending lots of time cuddling and giving attention. For more relaxed pets, I’m happy to provide calm companionship, belly rubs, and a comfortable environment where they feel safe and cared for. My goal is always to make sure your pet feels loved, engaged, and stress-free while you’re away.

kristen was amazing! i have to admit—i was nervous! this was our first time leaving our puppers for this long. my husband and i went to hawaii for a week and kristen came to stay at our house. not only did she do everything we asked of her, she went above and beyond (administering medication) and messaged us daily with updates, pics/videos…. i was completely as ease the whole time and actually enjoyed my vacation. my pom has separation anxiety and she didn’t cry once while i was gone.. that’s HUGE. i will defo call her next time we leave town. i trust her completely🩷
Kristen was wonderful for my 9 day last minute house sitting request! Her communication was amazing, the way she handled my dog’s particular temperament left me completely at ease while I was away. I’d absolutely recommend her and will absolutely be using her again!
Kristen was great! It was a relatively last minute booking, and I have never had my dogs so relaxed after getting back from a trip. I assume that means they liked her too!
Kristen is a very attentive, communicative, thoughtful pet sitter. She did 2 drop ins a day for a little over a week making sure to let me know if there were any issues that came up. I felt at ease having Kristen as my pet sitter for Termite on such short notice. Termite was very well taken care of!
