Our rescue dog, Liam, has stayed for 3 extended visits (averaging ~ a week each). He's had excellent care. No kennel. He sleeps on his own pillow. He's had some reactivity issues in the past while guarding "his space", but Elan has been very good at making him feel at home and he's had no issues while in her care with other dogs. She sends frequent updates and pictures and is very responsive to questions that might arise.
Bianca was an absolute lifesaver! After our previous sitter canceled last minute right before an out-of-state trip, we were incredibly stressed about finding someone qualified. Thankfully, we found Bianca's profile, and she immediately put our minds at ease by arranging a virtual meet-and-greet. She took amazing care of our dog, George, and is a fantastic communicator. Every day, she sent detailed updates, activity summaries, and plenty of photos where George looked completely happy and content. He got tons of exercise on his walks, and it was obvious he was being loved and well-cared for. Bianca is so sweet, kind, and genuinely thoughtful about George’s well-being. Melinda was fantastic! We really prefer to have boarding that feels like home for our pups, where they're free to be with the family, cuddle, and take naps on the bed. Melinda and family checked all those boxes, keeping the dogs occupied, taking them out for walks and drives, and being very responsive. One of our dogs wasn't used to cats but we were able to do a meet and greet and get a sense for how it would be. It was a non-issue as Nico was very chill and kept to himself. We'd be happy to book again!
