My scaredy cat can be a challenge to understand but Polina took great care of her to make her feel comfortable quickly. She gave regular updates with pictures without being asked and proactively asked for special care. Strongly recommend!
We couln't have asked for more from a sitter! Polina is a superb communicator and excellent caretaker for our senior cat Jack. She was able to monitor Jack very closely and helped him when he was constipated. Jack not only likes her but also her whole family. Great people. Would be happy to return whenever her schedule fits.
Great communication. Polina was super patient with our active kitten, and her daughter knows exactly how to approach and treat a new animal. They became fast friends. It’s comforting to have a trusted family to watch our fur baby.
This was my first time booking with Polina, and she did great! Our kitty was well cared for, we came home to a happy cat and a clean bathroom. Polina followed all the instructions with attention and really spent time to interact with our cat vs just cleaning and feeding. The daily reports and videos were helpful and gave us peace of mind. I do recommend Polina!

She is amazing! She took care of my kitty while I was out of town for 2 WEEKS! She followed instructions really well & kept everything tidy! She sent check in photos and recorded herself locking my door before she left. Super happy with my experience and she will definitely be my go to sitter if she is available.
