“Pros: Ginny seemed to have a great time, and Yuliia seems to really like dogs and treat them well. She is very responsive to messages which is great. We appreciated her daily photos/videos, and she followed our instructions. She was agreeable to a meet & greet beforehand. Our dog has never been with a cat, so she even had a friend watch her cat during the stay to accommodate our dog, which was very kind. Cons: Communication was tricky as English is not her first language. Communication (possibly cultural differences?) was an issue especially with pickup and dropoff. Yuliia seemed to have an inconsistent work schedule and changed the time for dropoff and pickup at the last minute, which was confusing and stressful. At pickup, she was at work and none of my dog’s items were packed, resulting in us leaving some items by accident and needing to schedule another time just to pick them up. Her teenage son was the one who met us at pickup and her friend during pickup of the items, so she was actually not there at all either time. Our dog did seem happy, so overall the stay went well; I just would hope there is better communication next time.”

She watched our Toy Aussie for a week and provided tons of photos and updates about their adventures. He was well cared for and Lena and her family treated him as their own. Tons of walks, lots of play time, great interactions with the other dogs she was watching. We couldn’t be happier and will definitely use her again!!”

We appreciated that she focuses on smaller, older pups who might need a bit more attention and want a slower pace. We received plenty of texts, photos and videos to assure us that all was well. “Hillary and her husband took very good care of Nala, and I never worried about her during my trip for 5 days. I was a bit nervous because Nala can be picky with dogs and is not exposed to toddlers, but Hillary made sure that everything was comfortable and safe! Iksu took amazing care of our dog, peanut. It has been a tough time as we recently lost our eldest dog and Iksu was extremely supportive and accommodating as we needed to change schedules etc. They were communicative and inquired early about his needs. We will definitely use them again.
Myra was amazing with our dog. We have had bad experiences in the past, but Myra and Ulysses made both me and my dog feel at home. She is very caring and was more than accommodating with all the needs of our dog. Myra's home is peaceful with a lot of space for our active dog. Our dog was very happy at pick up and we are so thankful for Myra's hard work. We will definitely use her again:)
Amazing! This was the second time watching our dog, Maverick, and he had an amazing time. This was a long trip away and Shay kept us updated with pictures and messages the whole time. There was never a worry for us. Our pup loves staying here and we feel so comfortable leaving him. Thank you Shay for taking such good care of him while we were away!
Katie is absolutely amazing! We were incredibly nervous about boarding our puppy, Zorro, at someone else’s house, but Katie completely put our minds at ease. She took such wonderful care of him and treated him like her own. Throughout his stay, she sent us tons of updates, pictures, and videos, which we appreciated so much. Seeing him happy and relaxed made our time away completely stress-free. If you are looking for someone who is attentive, loving, and highly communicative, especially for a young puppy, I cannot recommend Katie enough. We will absolutely be booking with her again!
We were out of town and needed a dog sitter for our young puppy, Cookie, and Jamie was so wonderful! I know Cookie had a fun time, and she did everything to make him feel comfortable during his stay. She kept us updated with lots of photos and videos, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away.
Annie really enjoyed her time with Kenny. He was so kind and I could tell that he was so sweet with Annie. He sent photos and I knew that she was well taken care of. As a senior dog, she has to wear diapers at night and when I picked her up, he had gone out of his way to wash all of her diapers for me, which he absolutely did not have to do and it was very unexpected. I would definitely use Kenny again. Next time I go out of town.
