He looked so comfy and spoiled the whole time, and even made friends with one of their stuffed toys that they kindly let him play with. We had such a wonderful experience! Audrey was incredibly caring, responsible, and easy to communicate with. She and her family treated our dogs like their own, taking them on lots of fun outings, brushing their fur, and even trimming their nails. Our dogs absolutely adored her whole family and seemed like they didn’t even want to come home! It was so heartwarming to see how happy and loved they were throughout their stay. Jermaine was great with Lulu! Communication was always incredibly quick since my initial message. He has a really good setup with multiple areas for the dogs to spend their time, as well as a backyard for them to run around and play. Lulu is a timid dog, but she felt very welcome at his place, and Jermaine made sure she was comfortable throughout her stay.
Kizzie brings warmth and genuine care consistently to her care for our senior kitty, and it’s absolutely why we return to her every time we need pet care. With the updates she provides, it’s obvious that Ginger is familiar with and trusts Kizzy, and her settle in time while boarding is quick. Despite us being away, it truly seems that it’s Ginger that’s on a vacation! We always recommend Kizzie for all of the reasons above!
Duyen is really attentive she gives updates everyday and though my cat is very shy around strangers she was able to make my cat feel comfortable. He didn’t eat his food when he first arrived (dinner is his favorite part of the day) but by the end of his stay he was playing and eating everything. I would definitely recommend Duyen.
Iksy takes such wonderful, personal care of Chester! Chester is very sensitive to his surroundings, so seeing him come home happy and full of energy means a lot to me. I love the daily photo updates, and Iksy always follows my care instructions closely. From his safe, welcoming home to outings and picnics, Chester gets to have his own little vacation!
