About: Raised around dogs (and cats) and would love to care for your pets in my home or yours. Comfortable with senior dogs as well as others. I am retired and available any time. I would need a couple of days' notice, preferably. I live in an apartment with a beautiful dog-walking area and nearby parks to walk in. I no longer have pets of my own, having just lost my 17-year-old Rat Terrier. I am comfortable with all dogs and cats. I can administer medications and make sure they feel safe with me. I don't push, but let them come to me when they feel ready. Separation from you is anxiety-inducing, and I do my best to calm them and let them now they are not alone.

I have a cat but he is not interested in outside adventures as he just sleeps, lol I am semi retired so I am flexible. Kizzie always does an incredible job with our cats. We have cats with digestive issues, when that needs medicine each feeding, and an elderly cat. Not only does Kizzie take great care of their needs, but she will often go above and beyond. Highly recommend for anyone needing pet care.
Rachel is always THE BEST. When our schedules did not align I had to get another Rover person to visit the cats for one day (before Rachel could take over the subsequent days) and I clutched my pearls the whole time. Our cats loved Shuyao! She was so great at connecting with our cat who is really shy and doesn’t eat treats from strangers and somehow Shuyao was able to give her treats and make friends with her! Shuyao sent us really sweet pictures of them and took great care. Thank you again, Shuyao!!
