While I knew Evo was already familiar with being indoors, I knew him to be very shy and nervous - particularly around other dogs. Quang was attentive and worked with Evo to make him comfortable in his new environment.”

“This is the second time in two weeks that we have had the wonderful care of Marina, Richard and their girls take care of our furry boy. This time we took a planned trip of four days out of state. We have not traveled away from our dog since the pandemic began in 2020, since a family member was always at home when another family member went out of town. This trip extended to five days due to the airlines canceling our flight home. Imagine the stress of travel and also worrying about your elderly dog on a special diet! Marina and Richard took care of our dog and told us not to worry about the extra day and night. Once we notified Marina and Richard of our cancelled flight, Richard went to the grocery store that morning to get the ingredients for the homemade diet that we feed our special boy. We loved the photos of our dog happily eating his meals that Richard prepared. Our dog had anxiety and stress with another trial Rover sitter for one day, and he would pant and shake constantly. With Richard and Marina, we saw photos and had updates of our dog snuggling on the couch with family members, playfully interacting with the other dogs in the house and spacious backyard, and happily chewing his toys and nesting in his bed for lots of naps. Peace of mind is the greatest gift when you are traveling without your furry loved one. We highly recommend the loving care of Marina, Richard and their girls. We love them! “I want to keep my review short so it will not be skipped by readers but I have so much to share about Tracy! This is our 2nd time booking with Tracy and our dog had a great time again! We used to have a different people at rover and I can’t seem to be so comfortable with them not sure if it’s me but I can see from our dog that she doesn’t like to come inside the house of the previous dog sitter and she always growled at him even we used him many times. I got so worried that this summer we have a lot of travels and very long one so I been so stressed trying different people at rover and can’t find someone I am comfortable with until I found Tracy and her family. I am not the person who asked for dog sitter to send pictures of our dog everyday or keep on checking on our dog as I know dog sitters could have full hands with dogs and personal life but Tracy would take her time to send pictures of our dog each day and so we heard how’s Mango doing each day and that is really great for us dog owners who is away from our fur children. Like I mentioned on my first review I saw little good gestures right away from Tracy and her mom that meant so much even it’s little things. Next trip in August will be 3 weeks away from our baby and I will not be so worried about our Mango because I have mother instinct that our baby is in good hands with Tracy and her family.”

Most important when I came to pick up my dog, he did not immediately ask to leave so that was a good sign he did not hate his vacation there. Thanks so much for taking care of my 10 year old little guy. Bonus that Jenny lives close to the airport so east pick up. Will definitely have Jenny watch my dog again when we go on vacation.”
