“Kizzie provided top notch, specialized care for my cats! I have two Persians, so I was looking on Rover for someone who specialized in caring for cats, and was familiar with the needs of different breeds. It was also my first time leaving my cats with a sitter, so I was extremely anxious to leave them. But Kizzie allowed me and my cats to come over for a meet and greet prior to their stay to familiarize them with their surrounds, and put my mind at ease. It was at that time when we were able to go over their routine, needs, and personalities. When the day came for me to leave them, Kizzie didn’t skip a beat. She had everything prepared and ready to go. The space that she has for the cats she cares for is like a little cat Oasis. It is clean, secure, there are cat trees, toys and places for them to relax for a cat nap. During my trip she sent daily updates and pictures of my cats. These updates gave me peace of mind, so I was able to relax and enjoy my time away. Kizzie’s service is 10/10! I will be using her again for my trips in the future!”
About: Raised around dogs (and cats) and would love to care for your pets in my home or yours. Comfortable with senior dogs as well as others. I am retired and available any time. I would need a couple of days' notice, preferably. I live in an apartment with a beautiful dog-walking area and nearby parks to walk in. I no longer have pets of my own, having just lost my 17-year-old Rat Terrier. I am comfortable with all dogs and cats. I can administer medications and make sure they feel safe with me. I don't push, but let them come to me when they feel ready. Separation from you is anxiety-inducing, and I do my best to calm them and let them now they are not alone.

“Daisha and her husband were amazing!! My dog Xena does best in a household where she is the only dog and I’m so glad we found Daisha! We did a first introduction about a week or two before the dates booked so they could meet and get familiar with each other which went well. While Xena was boarded they sent pictures and updates at least once a day explaining how she was doing and adjusting. Thankfully Xena was comfortable and there were no problems but I’m certain if there was, we would be able to find a solution. “Deborah was amazing! She took great care of my Sofie, taking her for walks a couple times a day, lots of play time and love. Sofie is not usually very affectionate to people she doesn't know and it seemed like she became very comfortable in her home quickly. Deborah is experienced with dogs who are not friendly with other animals which was perfect. She even remembered the small details, I briefly mentioned that Sofie isn't a big fan of rain and while Sofie stayed with them she sent a picture of Sofie in a raincoat that Deborah had on hand! So sweet 🥰 She is definitely on the top of our list of contacts for a dog sitter!”

Josh and Mario have been an absolute godsend for us. we have two large dogs. one is the typical lovable goofy sweet dog (Rosie). the other is more coyote than dog (Raiden). Any sitter can watch a happy fluffball but a rare sitter who understands fear aggression and recognizes dogs are not babies with fur is extremely appreciated. Raiden is very selective in who he trusts and usually takes weeks to earn that trust. Josh was in Raiden's family/friends plan within hours. that's a miracle. And lastly the dogs were very happy during their stay. The daily updates and pictures were much appreciated and gave us peace of mind. Do yourself and your dog a favor and choose Josh for your famiky member. big or small, sweet or ... not so sweet these two accommodate all. oh and someone was always there which is perfect for separation anxiety. Thank you Josh will absolutely use again.
Loved using Qilian! This was my first time using Rover and Qilian was so kind and took such good care of both my babies for over a week. I got regular updates and photos and was told day by day if anything happened or if they made new friends, it was wonderful. The most kind thing however was when I was flying home, my flight was delayed 4 times and Qilian was so accommodating and generous with me. She told me not to worry and that she would take care of my pups until I arrived. This put me at ease on a very stressful situation and I couldn’t me more grateful. Thank you Qilian! Daria was absolutely fantastic. Not only did she make me feel so secure by sending me pictures throughout the time I was gone, I could tell they were enjoying themselves and weren’t stressed. My dog Iggy doesn’t even like men that much and here I see Daria’s spouse giving him kisses and cuddles and Iggy was blissfully happy! You can tell how much they love pups. We’ve boarded Noodle before, but wanted to see if our senior pup, Monty, would do well. We’re always nervous about him with new pups, as he can be a little grumpy, but he had such a great time this past week while we were on vacay. He had CCL surgery earlier this year, so we didn’t want to board him at Dogtopia like we usually do, as we know he doesn’t rest as much there. We felt so much better knowing he had his sissy with him, and that he would be spoiled silly especially during his bday week. Thank you again for taking such great care of our furbabies!!! ☺️
