âKizzie provided top notch, specialized care for my cats! I have two Persians, so I was looking on Rover for someone who specialized in caring for cats, and was familiar with the needs of different breeds. It was also my first time leaving my cats with a sitter, so I was extremely anxious to leave them. But Kizzie allowed me and my cats to come over for a meet and greet prior to their stay to familiarize them with their surrounds, and put my mind at ease. It was at that time when we were able to go over their routine, needs, and personalities. When the day came for me to leave them, Kizzie didnât skip a beat. She had everything prepared and ready to go. The space that she has for the cats she cares for is like a little cat Oasis. It is clean, secure, there are cat trees, toys and places for them to relax for a cat nap. During my trip she sent daily updates and pictures of my cats. These updates gave me peace of mind, so I was able to relax and enjoy my time away. Kizzieâs service is 10/10! I will be using her again for my trips in the future!â

About: I LOVE dogs! I've had dogs as pets my entire life, starting with helping to care for the poodles my family had while I was a child. My love for dogs has only grown as I get older and I've owned some wonderful dogs in adulthood too. Everywhere I go, if there is a dog - I want to meet them! And dogs love meeting me too, I have a knack for making quick trusting bonds with dogs. I understand how to read their cues and I always respect their requests for space when needed. I try to take the relationship at their pace, but it usually doesn't take long for dogs to want to play or sit with me. I'm a very detail-oriented person and I appreciate when owners offer detailed expectations for how I can best care for their fuzzy friend. I look forward to meeting you and your fuzzy buddy soon! I currently have a very flexible weekly schedule and will prioritize weekday bookings for the time being. I am open to evenings and early mornings. I am also open to weekend bookings but with less flexibility. I do not offer care for pets in my own home at this time. When caring for animals at your home, I will follow all instructions provided and ask clarifying questions when necessary to make sure you and your pet have an exceptional experience with my services. My goal is to provide seamless care for your pet in the same ways you would if you were there.
âBrooke was fantastic! She is patient, thoughtful / thorough, and communicative - My kitties can be needy, and it was a relief to know that they were in great hands with someone who is so attentive and great with cats!â

âSecond time Arin has cat sitted (if thatâs a word) for me and itâs been great. Sheâs very respectful and caring. I love reading her drop-in messages and the pictures she takes. Would absolutely recommend booking her. Thank you again for helping out!â

About: From age 6-18, I helped to care for my familyâs Pomeranian. Right after moving out at 18, I adopted my oldest cat, Kiki, who was 4 months old. At 20, I adopted my second cat, Arya, who was 2 months old. At 23, I adopted my third cat, Banana, who was also 2 months old. I have administered them all many different types of medications when necessary and learned to identify any signs of trouble at its earliest stages. My 3 cats are happy and healthy, and I would love to help you keep your furry roommate happy and healthy too. I am currently available in the afternoons to drop in and care for your pet. I may be able to drop in multiple times a day, subject to availability. Please feel free to ask if you have any questions or would like to discuss multiple daily drop ins. My cats have full access to my house, and are kept indoors at all times. They have 2 daily meals. Dinner includes administration of long-term medications and supplements. If your pet has specific dietary needs or health concerns, my personalized pet care strategies will keep them healthy while youâre away.
âCarly is great! Very communicative and took wonderful care of my two kitties for 6 days. She went above and beyond what we had discussed for them. I would definitely rebook!â
âBrendan was incredibly easy to work with. He was flexible and responsive even when we had scheduling changes. He kept us well informed while we were out of town for several days which definitely eased our worries while being out of state. We really appreciated Brendan being thorough about their care needs and respecting our cats cues as they can sometimes be slow to warm with strangers. Definitely will work with Brendan again and highly recommend.â

About: I'm paw-sitively the best option, I'm not kitten around! If you choose to leave your pet with me you won't have to worry! I have had a vast array of pets since I was a young boy; cats, dogs, iguanas, even a possum and a crow at one point. Your pets care and comfort are my priority. Upon choosing me as your caretaker your pets won't feel sad to have you gone, they will be thinking "when will that one guy with the treats be here?". I have experience with puppies, kittens and dogs of all sizes. I am an elevator technician but was laid off, I'll be back to work as soon as there is more work, but until then getting paid to hang out with all sorts of animals hardly seems like work! Seems like a healthy, fun way to pass the time and make a little money on the side. A win win situation! As of now I don't do in home sitting because I own a condo, one dog is plenty here! Maybe in the future I will open this option.
âI think Kaitlyn tired Missy out. She needed the play. I came home she doesn't let me out of her sight, House was clean. Everything well, Kaitlyn sent 2 to 3 pics everyday and also informed in what she was doing.â

âRobin was absolutely amazing! She was respectful of our home, incredibly responsive, and always checked in and out on time. She showered our cat with loveâplaying with him, snuggling him, and sending us daily photo updates that gave us peace of mind while we were away. When he didnât come home on time one day, she even returned later to make sure he was safeâtruly going above and beyond. We were able to fully enjoy our holiday knowing he was in such caring hands. Highly recommend Robin!â

âHailey was great! Clear and easy to communicate with, accommodating and reliable, and best of all she got my very shy cat to come around. Definitely felt peace of mind with her looking after my catsâ

âVanessa was great! Extremely detail oriented and took excellent care of our two cats. Would highly recommend having her care for your pets and will definitely be using her services in the future!â

âXiaotong was great! She was very responsive and reliable. We appreciated that she was able to come for a meet and greet at the last minute and then took good care of our cats when we were gone.â

About: I have worked with animals for the last 9 years because of my profound love of animals..I worked at the Woodland Park Zoo in Seattle for 4 years. I worked there with exotic animals from as small as a cockroach to as big as a porcupine. I worked with a variety of reptiles and rodents, and I have also previously owned dogs, fish, rats, and a rabbit and I currently have three dogs. I am well educated about caring for the specific physical and mental needs of animals because of my position at the Woodland Park Zoo, and my degree in Animal Management from Washington State University. I recently graduated and completed a Dog Training Apprenticeship at a Facility in Pullman that specializes in Service and Therapy Dogs. I have also worked previously with horses, sheep, and assisting goats with neonatal care. Iâm the perfect person to watch your pet because of my attention to detail, profound admiration for animals, and strong work ethic. I will care for them as if they are my own. Pet Care is the main focus of my daily life, and I am pursuing it Full Time. I am prepared to make your pet a priority. I have an extensive history working in pet care, and plan to remain in this field longterm. I always come alone to clients homes and provide pets with the same love their families do. Iâm there to make things better, not worse. Its important to me to communicate with owners during my time with their pets, and learn as much as I can from them to provide top notch care.
âBrooklin is truly the best. She was incredibly helpful and flexible during booking. While we were gone, she took absolutely amazing care of our kitties, sent frequent and thorough updates, and went above and beyond to ensure that they were happy and healthy the whole time! She even brought over fans to help keep them cool during a heat wave. Hands down the best pet sitter weâve ever used and I canât recommend her enough.â
Tukwila cat parents share their Rover experiences
Kizzie always delivers absolutely amazing care and is an hero! My elderly cat Ginger, who requires daily diaper changes, was treated with such gentleness and love. The sitter handled her special needs confidently, kept her comfortable by even giving her "air time" (with out the diaper) and a little backyard time, while giving us regular updates so I never worried for a moment. We could tell Ginger was absolutely comfortable and welcomed her care with how much playtime she got and loneliness was minimized with videos left on the tv. Truly grateful for the compassion and attentiveness brought every timeâwe'll always pick Kizzie first for care! Highly recommend!

Hong (June) is caring, responsive and very professional. I appreciated all the photos and extra videos that she sent so I would make sure my cat was doing well. She also made sure to keep things clean and tidy. I'm impressed with June's skill in providing detailed observations of my cat behavior and affect. She is great about communicating and potential concerns or schedule changes. I came home to a happy calm sweet kitty and a neat home. I highly recommend June and her services!

We booked Mary as our cat sitter last minute due to an emergency with our original sitter, and we are so grateful we found her. She handled our two cats incredibly wellâshe even made friends with our shy cat on the very first day, which is something we didnât expect! Mary went above and beyond, spending extra time and effort to make sure our babies were comfortable and cared for. When we returned from our trip, both cats were relaxed, happy, and clearly well-loved. We would absolutely rebook Mary for our next trip and highly recommend her to our friends and anyone looking for a trustworthy, kind, and attentive cat sitter.

Coburn was referred to us by another sitter weâve used previously; weâre so glad to have been introduced! Coburn did a few days of drop-ins for our cat and dog while we were out of town. He provided wonderful care to them (including eye drops for our blind dog) and they warmed up super quickly to him! We could see from the photos how much they were enjoying hanging out with Coburn. Coburn also treated our home respectfully and was a great communicator (and photographer!) throughout and around our trip. We had peace of mind knowing that he was looking after our pets and home while we were away. We look forward to booking with Coburn again!
