I would need a couple of days' notice, preferably. I live in an apartment with a beautiful dog-walking area and nearby parks to walk in. I no longer have pets of my own, having just lost my 17-year-old Rat Terrier. I am comfortable with all dogs and cats. I can administer medications and make sure they feel safe with me. I don't push, but let them come to me when they feel ready. Separation from you is anxiety-inducing, and I do my best to calm them and let them now they are not alone.

Satsuki did an amazing job watching Eleanor! As a self-proclaimed anxious, helicopter dog mom, I always dread finding new sitters for my baby. Highly recommend! Shalindra provided a week of in-home care for our two dogs, a guinea pig and a gecko. She was delightful to work with. The dogs took to her very quickly, and she was affectionately patient with their unique/opposite personalities. I especially appreciated her daily photo and video updates, and how careful she was to ask questions and provide details on anything happening at the house. I felt confident all was well cared-for, and was truly able to enjoy the time away because Shalindra had everything covered at home.
Briana was amazing! She agreed to come by for a short visit before the booked time to meet George and get a walkthrough of his needs and the space, she was super friendly and kind and listened to my rambling list of things to know to take care of George. While I was gone, she sent frequent updates with pictures and descriptions of how he’d been and how they’d played together. George was happy and healthy when I came home and I’m so grateful that she kept him company and took care of him.
Brendan was an absolute rockstar with our Siberian Husky, Loki! We had been searching for over 6 months to find the perfect match, and Brendan exceeded every expectation. He was immaculate, professional, and clearly loves dogs. From the detailed daily updates, we could tell Loki had a fantastic 4th of July stay. Brendan started the day with an early morning walk, handled breakfast and playtime, took him on a big trail loop walk, and kept up multiple outings throughout the day (including a shorter one in the afternoon). He even gave Loki his fireworks medication proactively and planned a final potty break before heading out—such thoughtful care during a stressful holiday for pups! Beyond the excellent dog care, Brendan went above and beyond by washing the sheets, making the bed, and leaving the house looking spotless. (And no worries about those fitted sheet folding skills—haha—we appreciated it so much!) Everything was perfect when we returned.
