About: I love animals but have no fur babies of my own. So I really enjoy showering other people's pets with all the attention and scritches I have to give! I have taken care of all kinds of dogs; from chihuahuas to newfoundlands, puppies to seniors, beautiful mutts to regal standard poodles. I am self employed and typically don't work while I'm pet sitting, which gives me lots of flexibility and frees up my time for your fur babies. I stay with animals in their homes so they feel the most comfortable they can while their people are away. I'm fine with animals sleeping in bed with me if that's what their used to as well.

About: Raised around dogs (and cats) and would love to care for your pets in my home or yours. Comfortable with senior dogs as well as others. I am retired and available any time. I would need a couple of days' notice, preferably. I live in an apartment with a beautiful dog-walking area and nearby parks to walk in. I no longer have pets of my own, having just lost my 17-year-old Rat Terrier. I am comfortable with all dogs and cats. I can administer medications and make sure they feel safe with me. I don't push, but let them come to me when they feel ready. Separation from you is anxiety-inducing, and I do my best to calm them and let them now they are not alone.

We trust Brooklin with our two dogs, Cosmo & Leia. Brooklin has cared for them quit a few times over the years. She has always been an excellent communicator and she keeps us updated throughout our trip with daily updates on how they are doing along with photos and videos of them. She takes them on walks and little adventures to local parks. Cosmo requires a little more care than the average dog due to his paralysis in his back legs. Brooklin does an amazing job in caring for him! We miss our dogs when we are gone, but knowing that Brooklin is caring for them allows us to enjoy our trip and relax knowing that they are in good hands. Jennefer house-sat our 3 month old puppy for an evening while we were out for an appointment. She was very attentative and respectful of our puppy's needs which are very specific with her being so young and not fully house trained. Our puppy took a liking to her immediately and spent the whole time either playing with her or napping on the couch with her head on Jennefer's lap. The constant photo and video updates gave us plenty of reassurance and peace of mind.
Gerald was great — the dogs were super happy and relaxed with him. He took them to the dog park and lots of walks, and it sounded like a fun time for all. He is very communicative and responsive, and heeded my notes and instructions for the dogs. Overall I very much recommend!
