We did a meet and greet prior to booking and they made sure to bring a list of questions and take lots of notes on our pets behaviors, quirks, likes/dislikes. Parker is more on the anxious side when my partner and I travel and Lizette was intentional with spending as much time with him and playing with him as possible. “England watched our pups for about a week and when we came back they were happy as could be. You can tell in a pups behavior after return when they were at ease or if they felt stessed and anxious. No stress indicators in these happy dogs!! One of our dogs is older (15) and needs additional care, so kuddos to her for managing that as well. We are happy to have her as part of our doggy care roldex and look forward to having her stay in our home in the future to cuddle and care for our babies!”
“Joshua met with my wife and I before the stay to address some logistics of the stay and answer all of our questions. Joshua was very excited to see our dog Goose and you could tell that he genuinely loved animals. Joshua stayed for 2 nights in our home and we felt very comfortable that the home would be well taken care of. Joshua did not disappoint! He sent a lot of pictures of him hanging out and walking our dog and left our house in the condition he found it. She's super easy going and communicates just the right amount. Morgan makes it so easy for us to take a trip when our pup can't go.
Isabel is the best! From when I first met her at the meet and greet I knew she would be great for Roxy. She took great care of my fur baby. She gave Roxy lots of attention and loves just what my little separation anxiety girl needs. She sent pictures and video daily and was quick to respond whenever I reached out. When our flight got delayed she was so understanding and helpful. It was a big relief she could work it into her schedule to stay another night. I can’t recommend her enough! She will always be my first choice, thank you Isabel!
I can’t say enough wonderful things about Felicia! I was away on a four-day work trip and, like many pet owners, I was a little anxious about leaving my pets behind—especially given how different their personalities are. My golden retriever is extremely high-energy and needs a lot of attention, exercise, and patience, while my cat tends to be pretty standoffish with new people. Felicia handled both of them beautifully. She kept my dog happy, engaged, and well-exercised (which is no small feat!), and I came home to a calm, content pup rather than a restless one. Even more impressively, she managed to win over my usually aloof cat, who clearly felt comfortable and well cared for in her presence. Felicia was reliable, communicative, and clearly experienced with different pet temperaments. She gave me great peace of mind while I was away, and I could tell my pets were in genuinely caring hands. I wouldn’t hesitate to book her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy, attentive pet sitter!
Alexis was very easy to work with and responded quickly. She house sitted and watched over our two boy for a week. She sent updates and pics. Upon return, the house was clean and our two dogs looked like they were well taken care of. Highly recommend and will use again
Jordan was fantastic with Oso, our 8 month old puppy, and took excellent care of him over the holidays. He was on time, responsive, very friendly, and clearly a true dog lover. Oso is very active, and he did a great job meeting his needs and keeping him exercised. Jordan happily reviewed and followed our detailed instructions, sent photos each day, and was happy to do a phone call on the last day to share how things went. We were especially grateful that he was able to step in with just a couple of weeks’ notice after another sitter canceled during the busy holiday season. When our puppy chewed through his harness, he went above and beyond by replacing it, and he even left a thoughtful note and toys for our dog. We felt completely confident leaving our dog in his care and would absolutely book with him again. Highly recommend!
Hannah was a perfect fit for our two pups. She took time to come by multiple times before our Rover booking to work with our older pup who is a bit shy with new people and situations. Hannah was very communicative and just a pleasure to get to know. We look forward to booking her for future services.
Katie did a fantastic job watching my three small dogs. One of my dogs has a pretty intense schedule of anti-seizure medications and she's also very timid around new people but she warmed up to Katie right away and was her shadow by the time I came home. The other two dogs loved her as well. She sent me regular updates every morning and evening and I was able to enjoy my vacation without worrying about how my dogs were being cared for. Would definitely recommend Katie and would absolutely have her back to watch my dogs!
My dog Wiley loves staying with Jenae, he is so comfortable with her. Her communication is great by giving me updates every day which makes me feel at ease when I am away. Jenae also was very accommodating with my travel schedule. I will book her again in the future.
