“What wonderful caretakers! They sent lots of updates which gave me so much peace of mind while away from my boys! They were also highly attentive and responsive and were delightfully flexible when I got back from my trip early and was able to pick them up sooner than originally expected. I would highly recommend them to anyone and next time I need a dog sitter I will be asking them first!”

“Glad to have left my Teddy at Kristina’s care. I knew he would be well taken care of while I was away. Kristina initiated the meet-and-greet which I very much appreciated. I’m always hesitant to just drop off Teddy somewhere new without meeting first so it was cool that Teddy got to meet Kristina and family and their fur baby Luna first before spending a few nights over. Kristina kept me updated with pictures and texts. And I’m grateful she adjusted time of pick up as well. Definitely recommend Kristina to watch your fur babies.”

“Alyssa jumped in while Dane was out of town and made Lobster’s stay feel like a mini vacation. Lobster came along with his buddy Ren and they were straight into dog park adventures, backyard playtime, and running around with Lady (their adora-pup) like old friends. Between hanging out with Alyssa and her two daughters and all the fun outside, the dogs were clearly living their best lives. The steady stream of happy photos made it obvious they were having a blast and being so well cared for. We live 35 mins away from Dane and Alyssa, and the distance didn't bother us because we know our pup will be in good hands. We will book again and again!”

“Michelle and Keith took such wonderful care of our dog while we were out of the country for 2 weeks. They sent us pictures and videos to keep us updated. Bogie went on so many fun walks and was able to explore and sniff around. I’m sure he enjoyed that very much. He even had a really good appetite and sleep schedule - usually he doesn’t eat when he’s stressed out so having a good appetite was a good sign he was comfortable and stress free under the care of Michelle and Keith. We will definitely book with them again when we go out of town. Thank you again Michelle and Keith!”

About: I’ve had pets my entire life. I’ve had cats since I was born and a dog since I was 12. I currently have 2 dogs, Loki who is 6 1/2 and Bear who is 10 1/2. We do have cats, so your dog must be ok with other dogs and cats. I’m currently working part time from home, so I will have plenty of time to give your pup all the love and attention they need. In the process of getting the yard fully fenced, it is only partially fenced as of right now. I do have a large kennel if needed at times. Both my boys are super friendly, but would prefer to do a meet and greets prior to first boarding to make sure they get along.
“Leslie is wonderful! Very communicative and kept me updated throughout the day. This is our pups first time with an actual dog sitter rather than PetSmart. Because it was our pups first time, he was very anxious. She was super understanding and took note to keep an eye on him and made sure she was close to him to help calm him down. I highly recommend her. I will definitely continue going to her.”

“Jessi was amazing! She was very understanding and flexible when I messed up the drop off time and sent daily updates! I would definitely recommend using her for your fur babies! Finn came back so happy and tired from all the playing!”

“Amber was fantastic! From the time she first met our two dogs until the time she coordinated with our daughter to pick them up after a week of sitting, Amber was a professional with a great attitude who treated every canine she watched with kindness. I will definitely turn to Amber the next time we need a dog sitter, and I recommend her your dog sitting needs. Thanks, Amber!”

“We’ve boarded our dog Bubbles with Doreen on multiple occasions and each time was more delightful than the last. She treated our dog as if it were her own and she made sure to send updates every day. Bubbles is always excited to see her. We are never worried when we are away because we know our dog is in great hands.”

“Our doggie always perks up when I tell her “Let’s go to Marina & Richard’s!” The family always takes great care of our big girl! Super responsive! They are also great with accommodating our needs around timing, and with providing status updates. She always comes back happy and tired! Don’t hesitate to book! P.S. Our out of town nephew dog loves Marina and Richard family, too!”

“I’m a repeat client and always very happy with the care my pet receives! The sitter is responsible and kind. My dog feels comfortable and happy every time, and I always get updates and photos while I’m away. Highly recommend!”

“This was the second time I left my Sophie with Gabriela and Sean. I used the pick up and drop off service which was amazing. But as Gabriela was driving away, my Sophie was sad that she was leaving. That's a good sign that she had a fabulous time with them. I also appreciated all the picture updates which always eased my mind knowing she was having a good time.”

“Adrienne was THE BEST! My dogs had so much fun and they were so well taken care of. She sent me updates and pics every day which gave me such peace of mind when I’m away from my pups. Will definitely book her again.”

“I strongly recommend Cyndi! I had a last-minute cancellation by another ROVER sitter, and found Cyndi who was willing to watch my dog for a week with very little notice. She took wonderful care of Jax and treated him like her own. Cyndi kept me updated by sending me photos. I knew my dog was in great hands.”

Kent dog parents share their Rover experiences
We are so grateful for Jenae! We connected with her after our long term sitter moved out to state, and we were nervous to find a new sitter to watch our shy, timid pup. Thankfully, Janae was awesome. She's kind and patient, and our dog quickly warmed up to her. We appreciated the daily updates and photos, and we 100% recommend her to anyone looking for boarding. We'll board our pup with her again for our upcoming summer trip in 3 months, and she'll be our go-to sitter from now on.

Trusting someone with our pet is tough but we could not ask for a better sitter. Irey, has great communication skills and kept us informed on Roo's day. There were multiple walks and even some downtime cuddling on the couch. We were impressed that he got Bobaroo to eat his breakfast and dinner. (something he does not do when we are gone) We got lots of great pictures and were able to enjoy our trip knowing Roo was in capable hands. We highly recommend Irey!!

David and Betty were wonderful caretakers of our young Boston. We received photos and short videos throughout his stay with them and was very thoughtful. They were very considerate and loving with our Boston. We are looking forward to having our Boston visit them in the near future.

Gerald is great - our dogs had never stayed in someone else's home before but did really well at Gerald's house. Gerald is friendly and calm and my dogs responded well to that. He sent pictures and updates regularly, and even reached out to his vet when he had a question about a minor issue with our smaller dog. We were able to completely relax on our vacation without any worry about our dogs. Highly recommend.

Tania and Cristian were the most amazing pet sitters for Peaches! They went above and beyond my expectations and took very good care to make my dog feel comfortable and happy for the week that she stayed with them. They sent the cutest photos and treated her like she family, Peaches was so sad to leave because she had such a good time with them. Highly highly recommend if you're in need of a sitter!
