“Truly amazing!!! He went above and beyond to help me out and I will be forever grateful! I had a dog I saved while in Mexico who was hit by a car and needed her sent up to the states when she was healthy. I sent him a message of my predicament as I could get her a flight into Seattle(I live in Southern Oregon) and he stepped up and helped me get her from the airport and kept her a couple days before I could make the long drive! I received lots of updates and pictures and knew I made the right choice! He treated her like his own, taking her for walks and spoiling her rotten! I wish I lived closer because I would use him repeatedly to watch my babies!!!”

She was great with my puppy and sent me lots of great pictures and videos during his stay. He had a blast and came home very happy (and sleepy!). I have two Persians, so I was looking on Rover for someone who specialized in caring for cats, and was familiar with the needs of different breeds. It was also my first time leaving my cats with a sitter, so I was extremely anxious to leave them. But Kizzie allowed me and my cats to come over for a meet and greet prior to their stay to familiarize them with their surrounds, and put my mind at ease. It was at that time when we were able to go over their routine, needs, and personalities. When the day came for me to leave them, Kizzie didn’t skip a beat. She had everything prepared and ready to go. The space that she has for the cats she cares for is like a little cat Oasis. It is clean, secure, there are cat trees, toys and places for them to relax for a cat nap. During my trip she sent daily updates and pictures of my cats. These updates gave me peace of mind, so I was able to relax and enjoy my time away. Kizzie’s service is 10/10! I will be using her again for my trips in the future!”

I highly recommend Xueting (Bonnie) and her family to help take care of your doggie. They were kind and I knew that our dog was in good hands. They sent pictures to let us know about his daily walks and play time. I’m very thankful that I found them and will take our dog back the next time we go on a trip!
Chloe was absolutely wonderful! After a previous bad boarding experience, I had a lot of anxiety about leaving my dogs, but she completely put my mind at ease. She was incredibly friendly, professional, and communicative throughout the entire stay, sending me regular photo and video updates where my pups looked like they were having the absolute best time. She effortlessly administered my dog's medication with no issues at all, and my dogs absolutely loved running around in her great backyard. I have officially found my go-to dog sitter moving forward.
