“Gizmo and Gus had an amazing vacation from their parents! Both our dogs have health issues, special diets and Gus has special needs. Kathy is patient, kind and caring to not only us but our 2 pups. “Allie and Nick really helped us out big time. Our usual boarding facility was unable to accept our dog, Rosco, two days before our trip so we scrambled to look for an alternative solution. Allie and Nick responded to my request within 30 min of me requesting the booking. We scheduled a quick greet and meet with their dog Pepper the following day and I walked away from it feeling very comfortable with leaving Rosco with them. I dropped him off the next day and Allie kept me updated every single day with pictures. I couldn’t recommend them enough, we will definitely book with them moving forward. Thanks Allie and Nick for everything!”

“Sara and her family were so kind and thoughtful and were able to accommodate me and our precious kitty Papa on very short notice! This allowed us to be able to relax and focus on preparing for our trip to San Diego. She was very communicative and sent us pictures via text message of Papa every day! We really appreciated that! We had an amazing time in San Diego and were able to pick our cat up the same night after our flight arrived back in Seattle, despite it being kind of late at night! We will definitely use her services again in the future! 😊”

You’ll get the CUTEST picture updates. It’s like your baby is at a 5-star hotel. She’s friendly, and gentle, and kind. Wish we lived in Seattle all year. She’s one in a billion.”

“It was my first time using Rover, and I could tell my dog enjoyed staying with Chuk. She sent daily updates and was responsive to all my questions. I had to drop my dog off early in the morning and pick her up late at night, which can be challenging, but she was incredibly flexible with the timing. Thank you so much!”

“I originally booked boarding with Alex and Amanda for 10 days, but later switched to a shorter duration last minute. They were flexible and accommodating, which was really helpful to ease stress due to my upcoming trip. During boarding, they sent daily updates and pictures, and my pup seemed super happy while he was there. The outdoor doggy area is well kept and clean. I felt totally comfortable with them having my pup and will 100% use them again in the future.”

“We were leaving on vacation and had to find our little one year old Corgi, Mocha, a sitter. Mocha gets anxious when we leave but Quang was very accommodating and invited Mocha to meet his dog, Boo, before boarding. While on our trip we received daily photo and video updates of Mocha. We felt really at ease knowing Mocha was in good hands and having a good time. We will definitely be booking again next time we are out of town. Thank you Quang!”

However, Kimiko exceeded our expectation and we are convinced by now that she is a dog whisperer. She is loving, caring, patient, fun, understanding, reliable, responsive, knowledgable, and everything you’d look for in a carer for your pup(s). The way she communicates with us dog parents is truly professional, and our pups had an amazing stay with her and her fur babies based on pictures/videos/updates she would send us through out the stay. He totally forgets about me once I drop him off lol he loves hanging out with her and her family! She sends such great detailed reports each day with numerous photos which has helped me relax a lot more knowing he’s in good hands.
