We had our first crazy dog for 11 years. We've had our current old dog for one year, and have learned to guide him around through his failing eyesight. We will have the support and advice of one family member who has been petsitting for six years.

Daniel, Joelle and their family took care of my sweet boy. They were so fabulous to him. His daily trips to parks or the beach kept him entertained. The pictures I got made me feel so happy to see him so engaged. I've already arranged for them to watch him again later this summer. I felt very comfortable having Mickey in their home. A+!!

Daniel and Joelle are absolutely amazing. We were in a very hard situation with our aggressive dog. He has a hard time trusting new people, but Daniel and Joelle did everything in their power to make my dog feel comfortable and safe. They separated an area just for him, and put so much time and effort into Kairo. They went above and beyond. Highly recommend to anyone. Thank you so much Daniel, Joelle and to their children for accepting our baby last minute and giving him a chance. It means the world to us, and was the best birthday present anyone could have given me!!
As a repeat client, we left our dog with Daniel and Joelle’s family for a one week holiday stay, and once again they were amazing. Daniel and Joelle’s family is such a loving, sweet family. We are so thankful they shared all that love with our furbaby, Dooboo! As soon as we arrived, our dog was pulling with excitement all the way to their door. He just could not wait to see them again. We received plenty of updates every day, and it was so clear from every photo and message that he was happy and loved. In the past, when we boarded him somewhere else for a week, he would start to seem a bit sad toward the end of the stay. But with Daniel and Joelle’s family, he was joyful the entire time. My husband and I even joked on the way to pick him up, “What if he does not want to come home and wants to stay with them forever? 😂” Honestly, I think he may have accepted them as his second family. Thank you so much for giving our dog such amazing care while we were traveling to visit family. We felt completely at ease knowing he was in such wonderful hands.
Highly recommend Daniel and Joelle’s family to anyone looking for a warm, responsible, and loving home for their pup. From the moment we met them during the meet & greet, I could tell how kind, genuine, and attentive they are. Daniel and his family truly love dogs and treat them like part of their own family. Daniel stays home full time, and there are usually at least two people home at all times, which gave me great peace of mind knowing our dog would never be left alone. One of their adult children has been dog sitting for years and is very experienced, and the other spent lots of time playing with our dog, which made him so happy. It’s wonderful to see how they all work together to make sure every dog gets plenty of attention and care. They kept me updated with photos and messages throughout the stay, took our dog on walks, and made sure he felt comfortable and loved while monitoring all the dogs closely. Our dog absolutely adored them and he gave everyone tons of kisses when we picked him up, which is his special way of saying “I love you.” Their own dog, Meelo, is such a sweet dog. Even though he’s blind, they’re very mindful and careful, introducing dogs slowly so everyone feels safe and at ease. I’m so relieved to have found such a kind and reliable family who will give our dog the same care and attention we do at home. We’ve already booked them again for the upcoming holiday and plan to keep returning in the future!

Programa
I stay at home full-time. There are usually two to four people at home at any time. Our own dog is never alone. I am available for boarding any time, and having another dog or two occasionally will be a treat for all of us.

We have a yard, but no fence, so we always use leashes when going outside. We have stairs that dogs will need to navigate. The light in the staircase is always on. We have an older dog of our own who cannot see well but loves other people and other dogs. He especially likes little dogs, but occasionally objects if they get too close too fast because he cannot see them coming. We have experience giving pills, eye drops, and ear drops.

We mostly chill out at home, but there is a neighborhood park within walking distance, and there are three parks and a walking trail along a creek near our home. Some of the parks are in Normandy Park, where well-behaved dogs are allowed to play off leash.
