“Savonne was a fantastic sitter for my dog. She followed instructions perfectly. She was very communicative, and also easy going. My Haru was a very happy girl when I came back to her. I would request again!”
About: I’ve loved and cared for animals for most of my life. I had a dog in Colombia who was part of my family for 15 wonderful years, and now I have two cats here in the United States. Caring for pets has taught me patience, responsibility, and how important it is to make animals feel safe, loved, and comfortable. I truly enjoy spending time with pets and treating them like family. I’m currently a stay-at-home mom, which gives me a flexible schedule and plenty of time to care for pets throughout the day. I’m available for walks, drop-in visits, and pet sitting, and I always make sure pets receive attention, playtime, and loving care. I provide a calm, clean, and safe environment for pets and always make sure they feel comfortable and cared for. I understand how important routines, patience, and supervision are, and I treat every pet with the same love and attention I give my own cats.
“Carly was very easy to work with and provided great communication while we were away. She also provided great care to the cat and always gave detailed checkins. Highly recommended”

About: I have experience with big dogs, medium dogs, and small dogs. I take great care in updating my clients on what’s happening with their pets. I’m working as a substitute Paraeducator so my days can be flexible depending on circumstances. I’ve stayed overnight in peoples houses looking after their pets while also staying at their place all day I always ask clients when I visit where and when pets are allowed in certain parts of the house and yard. I want to make sure they’re as comfortable as possible.
“Very easy to talk to and communicative. Jisu did an excellent job updating us throughout the week of dogsitting. Sent lots of photos too! She was gentle with our dogs and took time to make sure my anxious dog ate her food.”

“Lauryn is always amazing with my dogs! I left for a full week for the first time, and I know I missed the dogs WAY more than they missed me, thanks to all the great belly rubs and ball chasing (probably way more that what they get when mom is home 😂)!”

About: I’ve spent more than 20 years caring for animals, and being around pets has always been a natural part of my life. I’ve owned dogs for most of my life, and when I didn’t have one of my own, I was the person friends, family, and neighbors relied on to care for theirs. My experience includes caring for both large and small dog breeds, each with their own personalities, energy levels, and needs. I’ve also cared for rabbits and horses and spent several summers on a farm, giving me hands-on experience with a variety of animals and teaching me the importance of patience, consistency, and responsible care. In addition, my brother is a professional dog trainer, which has given me valuable insight into dog behavior, communication, and positive handling techniques. While I’m not a certified trainer, I’ve learned practical skills that help me understand dogs and create a calm, safe environment for them. I offer boarding, drop-in visits, dog walking, and house sitting. Whether your pet loves long walks, playtime, belly rubs, or simply sticking to their daily routine, I’ll make sure they receive personalized care, plenty of attention, and lots of love while you’re away. I understand that leaving your pet with someone else takes trust. My goal is to treat every animal like they’re part of my own family, so you can feel confident knowing they’re in caring, dependable hands. Pet care fits easily into my routine, and I genuinely enjoy making time for it. I’m currently pretty flexible, and starting in September, I’ll mainly be available afternoons, evenings, and weekends. My schedule can vary from time to time, but I’ll always keep my availability updated and make sure every pet gets the time, attention, and care they need. I try to make every pet feel as comfortable as possible by sticking to the routine they’re used to. Every dog is different, so I always ask about their schedule, personality, and any special instructions before I start caring for them. If I’m working that day, I always make sure we get a good walk in before I leave. It’s a great way for them to use the bathroom, burn off some energy, and start the day on a positive note. I usually aim for at least a 30-minute walk. When I get home, we head back outside for another potty break and walk. Depending on your dog’s age, energy level, and what they enjoy, our walk might be 30 minutes or it could turn into a longer walk around the neighborhood. Before bed, I always take them out one last time so they’re comfortable for the night. I follow whatever feeding schedule you already have in place, whether that’s in the morning, afternoon, or evening. I know pets thrive on routine, so I do my best to keep things as normal as possible while you’re away. Most importantly, I treat every pet like they’re my own. They’ll get plenty of attention, playtime, affection, fresh water, and lots of love. My goal is for your pet to feel safe, happy, and cared for—and for you to feel completely at ease knowing they’re in good hands.
About: I’ve had a lot of exposure to animals from a young age, mainly with dogs of all ages and temperaments, but I have cared for exotic animals and understand how important their needs all are. I work totally on my own schedule as I want but don’t have a strict schedule, making it easier to take care of animals. My schedule is not set in any way. Typically I care for them based on the request of the owner within reason, but I tend to give them as much attention and love as they need. I want them to feel loved. For visits and walks I try to be encouraging and go at the animal’s pace.
“This was my first time using Rover and having Ali take care of my cat while I was out of state was great! Ali was communicative and great with my cat! I would highly recommend hiring Ali 💯😊”

About: I'd make a great fit for the 2nd shift worker that has a puppy or senior that needs let out potty more frequently, the pet that's on time sensitive medications, or just the ones that need that extra cuddle or play time in the day. Owner of 2 American bullies and 4 hens. I work full time from 7:00am-6:00pm in Renton with Friday to Sunday off. Looking for some furr babies to care for in my free time. Been in veterinary medicine for 9 years and treat every pet as if they were my own, being smothered with all the belly rubs and butt scratches to yanking the rope around or playing fetch out back.

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - SeaTac
Jeannie is so friendly and knowledgeable. It is very obvious that she loves her job. We had her drop in to see my dogs while we were away for a longer part of a couple days and my dogs were significantly less anxious when we got home. My neighbors even mentioned how sweet it was that they saw someone running in our backyard with our dogs. Jeannie is wonderful and will 100% be coming back with her first. We recommend for any other dog parent who needs worry free care for their fur babies!

Ashley was absolutely phenomenal with Magni and completely went above and beyond for him. Magni has had trouble with his eye and she made sure it stayed doctored the entire time. She took him on long walks so he could get out of the house and made sure he got all of the play time. We couldn't be more happy with Ashley and the time she spent with our boy. We will absolutely be requesting her again and recommending to everyone we know!

We cannot recommend Mary highly enough! She has been helping us for quite some time, and she has been nothing short of amazing. Not only is she incredibly loving and caring with our puppy, Luna, but she is also extremely reliable, communicative, and trustworthy. We always have peace of mind knowing Luna is in such good hands. Mary consistently keeps us updated, genuinely cares about Luna's well-being, and goes above and beyond every time. We are so grateful to have found her and wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for exceptional pet care.

I had a super busy week at work and i booked Envee to drop in, in the afternoon in addition to her usual walks. It has been such a load of my mind knowing Akira was cared for & fed whilst I was away for a more extended period. I come home to a happy & calm pup. Envee is super punctual & follows all instructions to the T! So grateful for her help!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
While Rover doesn’t offer traditional subscription services, some sitters offer recurring bookings for services like home visits and dog walking. Recurring services come with their own perks, such as flexibility to modify services (up to five weeks in advance), automatic billing, Rover Card updates, and same-day cancellations.
To find sitters in SeaTac with recurring or weekly availability, select "Repeat Weekly" and which days you’d like them to care for your pet.
