“This was my first time using Rover and having Ali take care of my cat while I was out of state was great! Ali was communicative and great with my cat! I would highly recommend hiring Ali 💯😊”

About: I have had pets my whole life, starting with cats. I got my first dog of my very own at 25 and I have had several dogs since. I am comfortable with all breeds and am capable of basic training, though I am not a professional trainer. I love all animals and can care for most pets no matter the species. I currently work part time for myself and control my own schedule. I often have several days off a week and can do drop ins on days I don’t have prior work booked. I can do early mornings or later in the evenings as well as mid days. I will not be taking pets into my own home as I have my own dog with some dog reactivity/anxiety. We are working through it, but she needs time and space for that. Safety is always my first concern. I will always take the proper precautions to ensure pets are safe and looked after properly. I am familiar with dog behavior and body language and I want to keep them feeling safe and comfortable under my care.

About: With 5 years dog walking and 10 years of caring for my own families animals (chickens, dogs, and cats) I will treat your animals like my own. I have experience administering medications and can help reinforce training skills for younger and older animals. I currently work part time during the week. However my hours are flexible based on the frequency you need me to check in on the animal(s). I can do check ins through out the day and stay over night all nights of the week as needed. I will care for your pets like my own. I will come into your home and help your pets stick to their routine so you don’t have to worry about being away. I will send updates and pictures, so you can have peace of mind knowing your animal(s) are safe and cared for.
About: I’ve cared for dogs most of my life, both my own and those of family and friends. I’ve helped with everything from daily walks and playtime to feeding, baths, and overnight stays. I’m excited to expand my experience through Rover and build trusting relationships with pets and their owners. I have a very flexible schedule and plenty of time to spend with your pets! Whether you need a last-minute walk or daytime drop-in, I’m happy to make it work. I love keeping pets on their usual routines, so I’ll do my best to match your preferred times and needs. Your furry friend will always get my full attention and care — no rush, no stress, but lots of walks, cuddles, and playtime! I treat every pet I care for like part of my own family. In my home, pets have a comfortable, safe space to relax, play, and get plenty of love and attention. I make sure they have regular walks, potty breaks, and snuggle time, and I always follow their normal routines as closely as possible. When caring for pets in your home, I keep things clean, calm, and consistent — feeding, walks, playtime, and any special instructions are all handled just the way you prefer. My goal is to make your pet feel happy, comfortable, and cared for, no matter where they are.

About: I've had animals for most of my life, and have had a lot of experience with dogs and senior care. Until more recent, we had 2 elderly labs (brother and sister) who lived to be 16. They had multiple medications, health issues, as well as other restrictions. We currently have no animals besides a gecko. I'm available for boarding weekends and work from home Thursdays and Fridays so they would receive lots of love and attention! I am also available to go to your house. Our house is completely set up for dogs with a fenced in yard as well as a dog taj mahal if ever we needed to crate them :)

She sent us messages and pictures of them every day, seeing them every night before bed helped us feel at peace and that they were in great hands. I totally recommend her and will definitely book again in the future!”

“Grace is amazing! She’s very kind, honest, hard working, on top of things and very trust worthy! She stayed all day for a few weeks with my girl because we couldn’t leave her alone. So grateful to her help! She’s a great pet sitter and an even greater person! :)”

I also cat sit and dog sit on occasion for my family! I work Part-time so I have plenty of time to care for your animals. I walk my own animals daily in addition to go to the gym. Stamina won’t be a problem no matter the energy level of your pet. I have two large dogs who run around constantly, I’m very good with clear commands and communication with them. I also take care of my families cats who can be temperamental which taught me a lot of patience when caring for animals as well.

Ariana is amazing! The Boyz love her. She always takes such good care of them. Ariana always sends me updates with pictures. She's very communicative so if we have any concerns or questions she's always quick to answer. As long as the Boyz are happy and they are life is good!
Ady was such an amazing pet sitter for us and a great comfort while we were on vacation. My husband and I were very nervous to leave our 2 Great Danes and 3 cats but Ady was fantastic and allowed us to enjoy our vacation without worrying about our animals. Our baby Dane had a few potty accidents and she cleaned it up no problem, she had great communication with us, sent us lots of photos. I can tell she is passionate and enjoys her work as a pet caretaker and I know my babies really enjoyed the visits with her! I will hire Ady from now on and would recommend Ady to anyone looking for a pet caretaker that gives you confidence and peace of mind. Thank you Ady!!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
While Rover doesn’t offer traditional subscription services, some sitters offer recurring bookings for services like home visits and dog walking. Recurring services come with their own perks, such as flexibility to modify services (up to five weeks in advance), automatic billing, Rover Card updates, and same-day cancellations.
