About: Experienced and dependable pet sitter with a lifelong background in animal care, having owned and cared for small to medium-sized pets since age 6. I’ve provided pet sitting for family members’ large dogs and cats, handling feeding, playtime, and daily routines with care and attention. I also have hands-on experience raising kittens from just days old, including bottle feeding and monitoring their health. I genuinely love working with animals—especially fluffy ones—and prioritize making pets feel safe, comfortable, and loved while their owners are away. 🐾 I am currently seeking pet sitting opportunities and have a flexible schedule during the week, allowing me to accommodate a wide range of pet care needs, including visits, feeding, walks, playtime, and check-ins. I work all day Saturday, Sunday, and wednesday; I work half days Monday and Tuesday and I am off thursday and Friday. I enjoy spending time with animals and prioritize creating positive, calm interactions—whether that’s playing, comforting anxious pets, or simply keeping them company so they feel safe and cared for while their owner is away. In a client’s home, I follow the pet’s normal routine as closely as possible to keep them comfortable and stress-free. This includes feeding on schedule, providing fresh water, cleaning litter boxes or any messes, and giving them attention through playtime, petting, or quiet companionship depending on their personality. I also make sure doors, gates, and safety areas are secure before leaving.

Im currently working a part-time job so i have lots of free time. My hours are all over the place sometimes, however i never work past 6pm I will treat them like on of my own. About: I've had animals for most of my life, and have had a lot of experience with dogs and senior care. Until more recent, we had 2 elderly labs (brother and sister) who lived to be 16 & 17 and a senior cat. They had multiple medications, health issues, as well as other restrictions. We currently have no animals besides a gecko. I'm available for boarding weekends and work from home Thursdays and Fridays so they would receive lots of love and attention! I am also available to go to your house. Our house is set up for dogs with a fenced in yard as well as a dog taj mahal if ever we needed to crate them :)
About: I grew up with dogs my whole life. My little chihuahua of 14 years, just passed this spring, and her brother in 2020. I still have a 10 year old tabby cat named Sam. I've loved on, bathed, groomed, cuddled and took my dogs on long walks for years. Let them come up and cuddle on the couch any time they wanted and taught them some basic training. I am currently not employed with an establishment. So I can be available any time for walks on weekday mornings and afternoons. I can pet sit on the weekends as well! I have a fenced yard that your dog can run around and play in. I can also crate them if that's something they should need/per your request!
“Amanda was amazing! She was incredible with our two cats. We needed to find someone quickly before an international trip and we are so happy we found her. She sent us messages and pictures of them every day, seeing them every night before bed helped us feel at peace and that they were in great hands. I totally recommend her and will definitely book again in the future!”

“Mandi was amazing!!! Mandi watched our sweet 10-year-old Maine Coon mix boy, Poseidon. Mandi was responsive, attentive, and our boy LOVED every visit!!! We also got the cutest updates and best photos too!!! We will definitely be booking with Mandi again and truly couldn’t be more grateful for all the love and attention Mandi gave our boy during our absence!!!! Thank you so much, Mandi!!!!!!”

About: People choose me to watch their pets because of my absolute reliability and proactive communication. You will never have to wonder how your pet is doing because I send detailed updates and photos after every check-in! Additionally, I treat your home with the utmost respect, ensuring it is secure, clean, and welcoming for your return. I’m home for the summer until September. I currently don’t have a summer job, so my availability is very open. Shoot me a message and we’ll fit it into my schedule! I usually pet sit for my sister. When I do, I ensure the safety and comfort of her dogs by taking them outside to go potty frequently, feeding them twice a day, playing with them, and cuddling them to aid their separation anxiety. I send detailed updates and photos to her and let her FaceTime them upon request :-)

About: I have had pets my whole life, starting with cats. I got my first dog of my very own at 25 and I have had several dogs since. I am comfortable with all breeds and am capable of basic training, though I am not a professional trainer. I love all animals and can care for most pets no matter the species. I currently work part time for myself and control my own schedule. I often have several days off a week and can do drop ins on days I don’t have prior work booked. I can do early mornings or later in the evenings as well as mid days. I will not be taking pets into my own home as I have my own dog with some dog reactivity/anxiety. We are working through it, but she needs time and space for that. Safety is always my first concern. I will always take the proper precautions to ensure pets are safe and looked after properly. I am familiar with dog behavior and body language and I want to keep them feeling safe and comfortable under my care.
About: I have grown up with animals my entire life. Mostly dogs but I have also had cats, guinea pigs, fish, rabbits, and various other small animals. I currently have two wonderful and very active dogs. River is female Catahoula mix with nonstop energy and Atlas is a male Cane Corso mix that steals the heart of anyone he comes in contact with. In addition to taking care of my personal pets I have cared for the pets of friends, family, and neighbors ever since I was young. I have experience with dogs and cats of all sizes and all stages of life from puppy/kitten to senior! I am a stay at home mom. I am married with 2 wonderful kids ages 10 and 7. I have an active household who love sports and the outdoors. I feel blessed to be a stay at home mom as it gives me the flexibility to be home to spend time with my children and fur babies. I have a fully fenced yard and my two dogs love to play ball or just lounge in the sun. I also love to go to the dog park and let my dogs run and socialize. I keep a pretty active lifestyle and my dogs go for a run several times a week and they love hikes when schedules allow!

About: I have experience working on this app since around 2017 in the Seattle metro area. I love animals of all kind and have experience with extra large to extra small. I am currently available full time. This means I will stop accepting requests at 40 hours per week. My weekends and weekdays are open for pet care. I will gladly follow all instructions left to keep your fur baby satisfied and safe while you are away during our house sittings and/or visits.
About: I have been taking care of all different types of pets since I was very young. I adore animals and treat them as my children! I work nights, usually Thursday - Monday. If boarding at my house, I will make sure your pet is well taken care of. I will also make sure they are comfortable before I leave for work. If you would like me to drop by your house to check in on your pets, I can do that before and after work, and on my days off. I only board one household at a time, so your pet gets my full attention in a calm, home-style environment. I have an unfenced yard, so the pets will be kept inside and walked outside on a leash. I currently own 2 cats that are very friendly and will enjoy the company. However, I can always separate them if personalities clash. If you would like a drop in at your house, we can figure out the timing and details. I love animals and will treat your pet as my own!

Marie took great care of our dog and 2 cats while we were out on vacation. She was super fast to respond to any of questions before booking. During the visit, she wrote up great reports and took plenty of pics to let us know everything was ok while we were gone. We wouldnt hesitate to book Marie in the future.

Ariana is amazing! The Boyz love her. She always takes such good care of them. Ariana always sends me updates with pictures. She's very communicative so if we have any concerns or questions she's always quick to answer. As long as the Boyz are happy and they are life is good!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
While Rover doesn’t offer traditional subscription services, some sitters offer recurring bookings for services like home visits and dog walking.
