About: People choose me to watch their pets because of my absolute reliability and proactive communication. You will never have to wonder how your pet is doing because I send detailed updates and photos after every check-in! Additionally, I treat your home with the utmost respect, ensuring it is secure, clean, and welcoming for your return. I’m home for the summer until September. About: I have been taking care of all different types of pets since I was very young. I adore animals and treat them as my children! I work nights, usually Thursday - Monday. If boarding at my house, I will make sure your pet is well taken care of. I will also make sure they are comfortable before I leave for work. If you would like me to drop by your house to check in on your pets, I can do that before and after work, and on my days off. I only board one household at a time, so your pet gets my full attention in a calm, home-style environment. I have an unfenced yard, so the pets will be kept inside and walked outside on a leash. Kacey is absolutely wonderful! She took great care of Bruno while I was away and also made sure the outdoor neighborhood kitties were fed. Her updates and photos after each visit gave me such peace of mind, and I came home to a happy, well-cared-for kitty. Kacey is reliable, thoughtful, and always goes the extra mile. I truly appreciate knowing I can leave town and not have to worry about a thing. Thank you again, Kacey!

Ady was such an amazing pet sitter for us and a great comfort while we were on vacation. My husband and I were very nervous to leave our 2 Great Danes and 3 cats but Ady was fantastic and allowed us to enjoy our vacation without worrying about our animals. Our baby Dane had a few potty accidents and she cleaned it up no problem, she had great communication with us, sent us lots of photos. I can tell she is passionate and enjoys her work as a pet caretaker and I know my babies really enjoyed the visits with her! I will hire Ady from now on and would recommend Ady to anyone looking for a pet caretaker that gives you confidence and peace of mind. Thank you Ady!!

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your pet, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
