About: My name is Cheri and I have many years caring for and loving dogs. My first dogs were Sarge and Daisy, both black Labradors and my best friends. Since then, I have always had a dog or two by my side. My daughter and I were members of a local 4-H Dog Club for 5 years, training and competing in obedience and showmanship with our chocolate Lab. Later we became deeply involved in raising puppies for the Guide Dogs for the Blind program. Throughout my life, starting with our family dog, through the present, and well into the future, I am a committed and caring dog owner and fan of all things DOG! As a retired teacher, I have plenty of time to care for and play with your dog. I am available for doggie day care, dog walking and extended boarding. My husband Jeff and and I have Kismet, our energetic 11 year old Labrador, who has no problem sharing her place with other dogs. Our cat, raised along side Kismet is mellow and generally not concerned about other dogs. Our home and property are fully fenced so your dog will be able to explore and run around in a safe environment. We also own a large fenced lot across the street where there is plenty of room for your dog to fetch balls, frisbees or just to run and play. We're on Lake Sawyer so your dog will also have ample opportunity to swim and play in the water. Also we are lucky to have miles of hiking trails just minutes away where I can take your furry friends on daily walks in the woods. Our home has everything to ensure that your dog has a safe, love filled, and calm or adventurous experience!

About: Hello! My name is Nova, I am a life long pet lover and pet care advocate. I’ve worked as a pet care associate for three years and have had dogs, cats, rodents, birds, and reptiles throughout my life both of my own and fosters. I have experience with small dogs, nervous dogs, large dogs and reactive dogs. I also have experience with a wide variety of cat personalities. About: I’ve grown up around dogs, mostly Pit Bulls, and have always been comfortable caring for and being around them. I also cared for my own dog for over a year after getting her when she was around 6 months old. She had a difficult past and had already had puppies at a very young age, so she needed extra patience, trust, and consistency. I worked with her and taught her basic commands, and she became very responsive to me. I’m currently available for pet care any day and at flexible times throughout the week. Starting August 31, I’ll be attending school Monday through Friday from 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM. Outside of those hours, I’ll still have plenty of availability for walks, drop-ins, sitting, and other pet care needs. My school schedule is consistent each day, so I’m able to plan my availability reliably around it. I treat every pet in my care like they are my own. I want them to feel comfortable, safe, and cared for while their owner is away. I make sure they are fed on their normal schedule, have fresh water, get their walks and exercise, and have plenty of playtime and attention. I also enjoy playing with their favorite toys and getting to know their personality and routine. I understand that some pets may take a little time to warm up to someone new, so I’m patient and let them get comfortable with me at their own pace.

About: About me: I am a Project Engineer for a construction company, we a have a little boy and a baby on the way, and we LOVE animals! We have two beautiful horses, three wonderful dogs, and two cats. Eventually I would like to rescue a few farm animals and foster dogs. One thing that breaks my heart is seeing animals in the shelter or up for slaughter. I think every animal deserves a second shot at life and I wish I could take them all on. However I have saved a few horses from slaughter and retrained them to give them a promising future! Basically I work hard to give my animals and future animals a wonderful life! In HS I was an active FFA member which gave me the opportunity to expand my knowledge from just horses, dogs, and cats to dairy cattle, goats, poultry, rabbits, and swine. I also worked for a large animal veterinarian for 2 years as a vet assistant and gained even more knowledge on how to properly care for ALL animals. Ranging from exotics, livestock, equine, dogs, and cats. So your Fur baby is in GOOD hands! At this time I am only accepting clients for drop in visits or house sitting (I do not stay the night). As we just welcomed a newborn baby into our lives. However I am available at all hours to take care of your pet needs! I look forward to working with you! About: Hi, my name is Lisa. Over the past 20 years, I helped raise six Guide dogs for Guide Dogs For The Blind. Two of my dogs have gone on to Guide people in the United States. So as you can tell I am a dog lover! I have been dog sitting for over 7 years and now and really enjoy all the people and pups I meet. I am a mother to two girls ages 10 and 12. We have a 4 year old Irish Setter/Golden Retriever named Thor and a 1.5 year old of the same breed named Rheia. Thor is an amazing pup. He is very loyal, loving and smart. He is well trained and accepting of all the dogs that we watch and he's doing a great job. Rheia is very shy but loves to play. It can just take some time to get her to relax around other dogs or people. We live off Auburn-Black Diamond road in a nice quiet neighborhood. Our house sits on a third of an acre and offers lots of room for your pets to run around in and explore. We are also next to a greenbelt. The safety of your pup is always our first priority, therefore, we take certain precautions such as baby gates to restrict access to the front door to prevent escapes and require meet and greets with every pup to ensure they will be happy at Gibson's Guest House. We do not kennel the dogs we watch unless the owner requests it. We want them to feel as comfortable as they would if they were at home. Also, our yard is fully fenced and secure. We will often go for walks around the neighborhood and take the dogs that are staying with us along. On particularly nice days we take our girls and the dogs to the parks in the area. We have a minivan so we can easily put several dogs in the car. Gibson's Guest House was named after our dog Gibson who passed away from cancer on January 16th, 2019. He was 9 years old and our dog since October 2012. He was our oldest daughter's best friend and the center of our family. We have so many great memories of him and we will be forever grateful of the time we had with him. We can offer a loving home to your dog while you are away. We take our dog everywhere and we will treat your dog the same way. Your dog will never be alone and they will be treated like part of our family. We look forward to meeting you and your pup! ***Pick up/Drop off times are 8am-9pm weekdays, 10am-9pm weekends Both my husband and I work from home or our office that is 5 minutes away in Black Diamond. Our oldest daughter is also very capable in taking care of the dogs we watch. The dogs in our care will rarely be left alone. We only watch 1 dog at a time or 2 if they are from the same family. This way, when our pup owners do a meet and greet with us, they know that the only dogs that their fur babies will be with will be our own. Safety is our primary concern. We have a large fenced yard. It is periodically inspected for any missing boards or possible escape routes. The dogs we care for will have access to the entire house and we will treat them the same as we treat our dogs.

About: My experience ranges wide from puppy training + care, all the way too administering medicine for senior dogs and caring for their special needs! I pride myself on ensuring the individual needs of each different pet are met, no matter what they may be! I currently attend Washington State University at the Pullman campus, and am currently home between the months of May and August.
