About: I worked at a boarding business for about a year and a half for dogs and cats. I worked with all different sizes and breeds, and ages of dogs and cats. My job tittle including playing and cuddling with the animals, feeding the animals, cleaning where they stayed, and giving medicine to the animals that required it. I have a little more than basic knowledge of dogs and cats health and always try to stay up to date with that. I dog sit and cat sit for friends and families regularly aswell. I have always grown up around animals and if you were to ask anyone who knows me they will say I have always wanted to work with animals since I knew what a job was. I am currently a college student and am majoring in wildlife conservation, while that's not specifically a major for cats and animals I still have and will learn a lot about those species as well!! I currently don't have a job so my schedule is really open. I work out everyday usually in the mornings to early afternoons. But I have a very flexible schedule! I have a fenced backyard just under 2acres of land. So it is very spacious for bigger dogs to run around in! I am able to walk dogs for however long.

About: My name is Cheri and I have many years caring for and loving dogs. My first dogs were Sarge and Daisy, both black Labradors and my best friends. Since then, I have always had a dog or two by my side. My daughter and I were members of a local 4-H Dog Club for 5 years, training and competing in obedience and showmanship with our chocolate Lab. Later we became deeply involved in raising puppies for the Guide Dogs for the Blind program. Throughout my life, starting with our family dog, through the present, and well into the future, I am a committed and caring dog owner and fan of all things DOG! As a retired teacher, I have plenty of time to care for and play with your dog. I am available for doggie day care, dog walking and extended boarding. My husband Jeff and and I have Kismet, our energetic 11 year old Labrador, who has no problem sharing her place with other dogs. Our cat, raised along side Kismet is mellow and generally not concerned about other dogs. Our home and property are fully fenced so your dog will be able to explore and run around in a safe environment. We also own a large fenced lot across the street where there is plenty of room for your dog to fetch balls, frisbees or just to run and play. We're on Lake Sawyer so your dog will also have ample opportunity to swim and play in the water. Also we are lucky to have miles of hiking trails just minutes away where I can take your furry friends on daily walks in the woods. Our home has everything to ensure that your dog has a safe, love filled, and calm or adventurous experience!

About: I've taken care of dogs and cats since my family adopted our first family dog, Estella, in 2018. Since then, I've accumulated hundreds of hours of walking time, helped train Estella and our current family dog, Jade, learned to listen to their needs (when they need pets, outside time, play time, etc.), and, of course, gained experience cleaning up dozens of messes. Over the years I have also been relied on to cat-sit and dog-sit for two families when they were out of town. I am confident in my ability to give your pets what they need while you're away and can't wait to meet them! I just graduated from college and am still working on securing a job, which means I have lots of time to give your pets the attention they need! Until further notice, my availability for pet care is wide open. My goal for caring for your pets is, first and foremost, following the schedule and expectations that you've already set for them. It's super important to me that all the hard work you've put in with training, rule-setting, and care is continued even when you aren't there. After that, it's also important that I stay attentive to what your pets need. I make sure I'm paying attention to indications that they want to be let outside, want to be pet, or want to play.

About: I’ve loved and been obsessed with animals of all different kinds for as long as I can remember. I grew up around lots of dogs and have always felt so at home with them. I also have experience with cats, goats, horses, reptiles, amphibians, you name it! I grew up going to camps with farm animals and had friends with llamas and horses and I always enjoyed helping them. As a kid I would take care of neighbors or my friends dogs or cats when they needed it. I have a very deep love for animals and being able to turn that passion into a job has been really special for me. I run my own business from home so my schedule is extremely flexible. I really love getting down and dirty and keeping your pet(s) happy and healthy I’m very adaptable to fit what works best for each pet parent. I can feed and replace water bowls, play, run around in the backyard with them, scoop poop, give medication, give love and pets, or simply just company. I can also work on training and go on walks

“Our three cats loved Jennifer! They came right up to her when she first met them and started playing and being themselves immediately. While we were gone, she made sure to keep them active, fed, and gave them lots of snuggles. I like that she shared lots of photos and videos with us and provided a thoughtful write up after each visit. They all seemed in very good spirits when we got back. We definitely hope to use her again!!”

About: Hi! I’m Stella and just finished up my freshman year at Duke University, and am currently home for the summer! I grew up with a crazy energetic yellow lab my whole life, that might speak for itself 😂. I’m also a part of Dukes Puppy Club helping raise puppies starting at 6weeks old to become service dogs! I’ve pet sit over 10 dogs in the past ranging all sizes. I recentlu pet sit a guide dog in training for 3 days at my house and I am super flexible with catering to your dog’s lifestyle, care needs, and schedule! I have a fenced yard with grass, I live in a neighborhood perfect for long walks, no pets currently, and I have plenty of dog supplies at home, my childhood dog passed away a few months ago so I still have large beds, leashes, toys, etc.

About: I have been pet sitting for years, either through families/neighbors I know or through facebook. I love animals, I have two dogs of my own and grew up with cats. I am reliable and punctual, and ready to help! I am currently a student and working part time, and with my college schedule I have pretty open days to stop by and stay a while with your pet. I am available most nights for help as well. I understand every pet is different and they all have different needs, and because of this I make sure that every animal is safe at all times. This includes checking gates/locks, cleaning up, and always keeping an eye out for their safety, as well as their happiness :)

About: I was raised on a farm in Texas with several dogs and cats throughout my life. Also chickens, cows, and horses! While in grad school for the year, I live with my sister, who owns an adorable Bernedoodle named Wolfie. I’m in a Master’s program for Education this year, and my classes are from 8 am - 3:30 pm. Any time after that, after a commute from Tacoma, is fine for me to help out with your pets. I live in a safe, pet-friendly neighborhood with parks and hiking trails nearby. I currently share my home with three amazing dogs of my own, who are friendly, well-socialized, and love meeting new friends. We have a large, fully fenced yard where dogs can run, play, and explore safely. Whether your dog loves to play fetch, lounge in the sun, or just enjoy some quiet time, I tailor each stay to meet their individual needs and personality. Dog's can either sleep on a dog bed in my home or if you prefer they be put in a crate we ask that you provide one that will fit your dog properly.
