Pet care experience
Experienced, easy going and calm
I've been handling dogs of all ages and sizes since I was a child, I love meeting new dogs (and people!) and finding out what makes them unique. My current dog has taught me more than all the others combined how to pay attention, stay calm and patient, and communicate effectively. He's a handful, but I wouldn't trade him for the world. My dream job has always been to work with animals, dog walking and pet sitting let's me do that in a very flexible way. I also volunteer at a local humane society walking the pups there when I can. I'm very responsible and truly understand how important finding the right person is. My goal is to give every client an outstanding experience and ensure return customers. I do have a full time job Mon-Fri in Auburn, so I’m available mornings, evenings and weekends for dog walks and drop ins.

Amazing as always. The house was so clean when we got home and the dogs were very happy during her entire stay
As per usual Tasha was excellent! Our 2 dogs and 6 cats were happy as clams when we got home. All meds were given, everyone was taken care of so well. We never have to worry while we’re on vacation!
Tasha is the ultimate house sitter! Perfect in every way. Our crazy, stubborn Boston mix loves her.

Schedule
I currently work Monday through Friday in downtown Auburn from around 8:30am to 4:30pm most days. I can do before and after work drop ins and walks, as well as weekend visits.

Safety, trust & environment
At clients homes I follow all of their safety and pet care instructions. At our home we have a fenced yard on 1/2 an acre in a secluded neighborhood. We always supervise pups outside, and we have safety precautions set up to avoid dogs escaping out the front doors. We only kennel dogs if they feel more comfortable that way, otherwise visiting pups just become a member of our pack for their visit and we treat them just like our own (much loved) dogs. We don’t have children, so our dogs get all of our money and attention.
Pets
A typical day
Walking, running, or just playing. Whatever your dog needs in the way of fun activities, I'll provide it. I walk in all weather, as long as it's safe to do so.
