About: Growing up in unincorporated King County we always had a wide range of stray cats, escape artist canines, feed store chickens, ducks, and I took care of and managed my rabbitry of 15 to 20 bunnies. I became the usual go to within the neighborhood when someone made a trip out of town. Around the age of 16 or 17 I started to spend my weekends in a few different horse stables. Cleaning stalls and paddocks, as well as feeding, and grooming expanded my knowledge and love for animals. My first job was with a well-known chain petstore, who i stayed employed with for 2 years and 3 months. This is where i learned the most about caring for a wide variety of critters. Please dont hesitate to ask any questions or concerns you may have. I look foreword to meeting you and your fur babies. While also providing you with the sound mind that they are being cared for like family.
“We booked Mary as our cat sitter last minute due to an emergency with our original sitter, and we are so grateful we found her. She handled our two cats incredibly well—she even made friends with our shy cat on the very first day, which is something we didn’t expect! Mary went above and beyond, spending extra time and effort to make sure our babies were comfortable and cared for. When we returned from our trip, both cats were relaxed, happy, and clearly well-loved. We would absolutely rebook Mary for our next trip and highly recommend her to our friends and anyone looking for a trustworthy, kind, and attentive cat sitter.”

“Katie and Adam absolutely outdid themselves for our boy. They definitely had great knowledge about dogs and we learned so much during their time with Magni. The amount of pictures we got while we were gone was wonderful! So many really great updates seeing our dog have the best time. I would highly recommend these two for your dogs, they would be in the absolute best hands!”

About: I Could Be Your Dog’s Best Friend! At a music festival over Labor Day weekend in 2025, I met a woman who needed someone to watch her Black Lab for a couple of hours. I was available, so we took her over to my tent. The dog immediately began acting as if she were my dog. The situation turned into me watching her for most of the weekend, giving the owner freedom to come and go as she pleased. One evening, her owner came by, so she could take the dog for a walk. And the dog didn’t want to go with her! She had to be coaxed into going out for a walk. She wanted to stay with me at my tent. In early October, I spent one week dogsitting for some family friends. Their Black Lab and I got along very well. I took care of him again, for two weeks, from late November through early December. Before the end of those two weeks, he was acting as if he was my dog. After my third time dogsitting for them, between May and June of 2026, they told me to just keep my own copy of their house key. My approach to dogsitting is simple. I will treat your dog as if he/she is mine. This means more than just feeding your dog and making sure he/she has the chance to regularly "take care of business." It means hanging out, spending time and forming a bond with your dog, so that he/she genuinely likes me and would be excited to see me again. At the Home Depot, I am part of the Night Crew. I work only 3 nights per week, 4 hours each night. So, I have plenty of time for caring for your pet(s). I cannot do boarding. I am only available for going to the client's home. On a previous dogsitting job, the entire yard was fenced in. The dog had free access to both the front and back yards. In the morning, I fed the dog, played fetch with him, and left him outside for the day. In the evening, we played fetch for a while. Then I brought the dog inside for the evening, fed him, and spent some time just keeping him company, before going home. I was consistently mindful to close the gate when entering and leaving the yard, and to lock the door when leaving the house.
“Jen was very communicative and even my shy kitty was at ease around her. This was the first time having someone look after my cats and she did an amazing job. I would recommend her for anyone who needs their cats checked in on!”

About: I have always been around and involved in pet sitting! Growing up, my mom was a well known pet sitter and we frequently hosted many different animals (you name it!) which gave me a lot of hands on experience in caring for beloved pets. I am taking over my mom’s services and hope to become as reputable and loved as her! I work part time and love to be outside when not at work. I am available for boarding through the week and weekends. I am available to do walks on weekdays. I have a fenced in back yard and one 7 year old German Shepherd male. He is very sweet and loves to go on walks and play! We frequently take him to dog parks and socialize him.

“Willa was super sweet and professional. She checked in on my kitties and sent photos every day. She was always quick to respond and helped me since this was my first time booking with Rover.”

“I think it takes a lot of dedication to do drop in visits twice a day for 14 days straight to look after dogs that are not your own, especially for dogs with so much personality like mine. Brandee does it patiently and lovingly. I really appreciate hour good she is with our dogs and home. Thanks, Brandee.”

“Kayleigh always takes great care of our spoiled older cat.. and our outside squirrel friends :) It's nice to have someone that our cat likes and knows, so he's not spending the entire visit under the bed. She plays with him, gives him treats in his activity tray, and he even sits by her sometimes for pets.”

About: I’ve loved and cared for animals for most of my life. I had a dog in Colombia who was part of my family for 15 wonderful years, and now I have two cats here in the United States. “Julie has been walking our 50 lb dog for several weeks and recently stopped over to feed and look in on both our dogs while we were away. I appreciate how communicative she is and she is so sweet with our dogs. Would definitely recommend her!”
