About: Hi! My name is Ny’Mari and I’m a recent 2026 graduate of Renton High School and have been caring for pets since I was 10 years old. I’ve had dogs my entire life and have experience with puppies, including reinforcing basic training, routines, and positive behaviors while making sure they get plenty of exercise, attention, and love. I’ve also owned and cared for cats, fish, snakes, frogs, and other small pets, so I’m comfortable with a wide variety of animals. In addition, I’m happy to water houseplants and help care for your home while you’re away. I treat every pet like family and strive to provide a safe, fun, and loving environment that gives both pets and owners peace of mind. I have a very flexible schedule and am available 24/7 to care for your pets. Whether you need daily walks, drop in visits, overnight stays, weekend care, or last minute help, I’m happy to accommodate your needs. I make it a priority to give every pet plenty of attention, playtime, and loving care while sticking to their normal routine. When caring for pets in your home, I always follow your instructions and keep your pet’s routine as consistent as possible. For overnight stays, I’ll make sure your pet feels safe, comfortable, and loved by providing plenty of attention, playtime, meals, potty breaks, and companionship. During dog walks, I prioritize safety by using secure leashes, staying aware of our surroundings, and matching the walk to your dog’s energy level. For drop in visits, I’ll feed your pet, refresh their water, let them outside or clean litter boxes as needed, play with them, give lots of affection, and make sure they’re doing well before I leave. I’ll also keep you updated with messages and photos so you can have peace of mind while you’re away.

About: I grew up locally in Thousand Oaks. I have a BS in Animal Science from Cal-Poly Pomona in 2009 and Exotic Animal Management and Training program & Zoo management, wildlife education and animal behavior in 2012. My previous employment includes Reptacular Animals, Hollywood Animals, Barkworks, Playboy Mansion (zookeeping) and presently as an animal care officer at Seattle Animal Shelter. My hobbies include my basset Mr.Moo and taking care of my bird Draculina . I have an interest in birds through experience working with parrots in a previous position as a Zookeeper. I aspire to make the most learning medical companion animal care and providing at home care for animals; educating and finding solutions to client's behavioral and medical issues with their pet. =) I offer video and photo updates with each sitting, operant clicker training, walks complimentary and have the ability to administer medications both oral and injectables. I live by the Redondo Marina, Saltwater park and dog park of your dog is dog friendly and would like to explore the area. I have been in animal care whether large, exotic or companion animal care all of my career. I am an observant caregiver whom loves your own to be friendly in it's place away from home I have a separate room just for pet sitting and have one large crate if your pet likes it's den space. My dog is friendly with all creatures even my bird and loves everyone he meets

About: I Could Be Your Dog’s Best Friend! At a music festival over Labor Day weekend in 2025, I met a woman who needed someone to watch her Black Lab for a couple of hours. I was available, so we took her over to my tent. The dog immediately began acting as if she were my dog. The situation turned into me watching her for most of the weekend, giving the owner freedom to come and go as she pleased. One evening, her owner came by, so she could take the dog for a walk. And the dog didn’t want to go with her! She had to be coaxed into going out for a walk. She wanted to stay with me at my tent. In early October, I spent one week dogsitting for some family friends. Their Black Lab and I got along very well. I took care of him again, for two weeks, from late November through early December. Before the end of those two weeks, he was acting as if he was my dog. After my third time dogsitting for them, between May and June of 2026, they told me to just keep my own copy of their house key. My approach to dogsitting is simple. I will treat your dog as if he/she is mine. This means more than just feeding your dog and making sure he/she has the chance to regularly "take care of business." It means hanging out, spending time and forming a bond with your dog, so that he/she genuinely likes me and would be excited to see me again. At the Home Depot, I am part of the Night Crew. I work only 3 nights per week, 4 hours each night. So, I have plenty of time for caring for your pet(s). I cannot do boarding. I am only available for going to the client's home. On a previous dogsitting job, the entire yard was fenced in. The dog had free access to both the front and back yards. In the morning, I fed the dog, played fetch with him, and left him outside for the day. In the evening, we played fetch for a while. Then I brought the dog inside for the evening, fed him, and spent some time just keeping him company, before going home. I was consistently mindful to close the gate when entering and leaving the yard, and to lock the door when leaving the house.

I'll also follow any specific instructions you provide and send updates so you know your pet is happy and well cared for while you're away.

I’m working as a substitute Paraeducator so my days can be flexible depending on circumstances.
